Villa Molins offre un cadre idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, avec ses 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée propose 2 chambres doubles, une cuisine équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur), un salon-salle à manger et une salle de bain avec douche. À l'étage, une chambre avec lit matrimonial bénéficie d'une salle de bain attenante.
La climatisation dans toutes les pièces et le chauffage assurent votre confort en toute saison. L'extérieur, véritable atout de la villa, comprend une piscine privée (3x7m, profondeur 1,2 à 2,2m disponible toute l'année), une terrasse ombragée avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue. Internet et wifi vous maintiennent connectés si besoin.
Située en zone résidentielle, la villa bénéficie d'une proximité remarquable : plage Els Molins à 400m (eaux peu profondes, idéales pour enfants), restaurants et commerces à moins de 1km, arrêt de bus à proximité. Dénia centre-ville et son château se trouvent à 5km seulement. Parking sur place. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés.
David le 18/09/2025Very Good Accommodation but service left a little to be desired : (+) : The accommodation and pool was as described in the advert which attracted us in the first place. The property on arrival was clean and well presented. We also were able to keep the Villa on our last day as our flight was not until the evening for a very reasonable additional charge. Despite some of the negative comments I have made in what can be improved I would be inclined to book this accommodation again - close to Supermarket, Bike Hire and beach fronted restaurant and bar.
(-) : We arrived outwith the normal hours that the managing company operate in and we were instructed to pick keys up from another location some 6km away from the villa and which our transfer driver had difficulty finding. This wasn't the annoying element, what was annoying was the property has a lock box outside the locked gate so we were left wondering why we were required to pick up and then drop off keys 6kms away. The equipment in the kitchen could also do with modernising, handles coming off ladels, no grater and limited knifes for chopping etc. Finally, we arrived very late at night which the operator knew (see key pick up comment) but we still had landscaping being undertaken at 8 am the following morning with most of the 5 person party still in bed (in may have been earlier!) An appreciation of the party's arrival time would have been appreciated.

(-) : Los últimos años siempre me encuentro hormigas en la despensa, he estado en dos villas diferentes y en las dos han habido hormigas
Cesar le 08/09/2021Gran alojamiento : (+) : Lo mejor es la piscina es perfecta, muy limpia y cuidada.
En general todo bien.
(-) : Nos picaron muchos bichos dentro de casa, sobre todo arañas, sería buena idea poner mosquiteras en las ventanas porque no las pudimos abrir.
La limpieza está bien pero muy justa, el sofá tenía bastantes manchas y por detrás muchas telarañas.
