Situé au quatrième étage de Mas Pinell, cet appartement conjugue proximité immédiate de la mer et confort pratique. La terrasse offre une vue sur la mer, et la plage n'est qu'à 100 mètres. L'espace de vie s'organise autour d'une chambre et d'un salon avec canapé-lit séparable par des portes coulissantes, accueillant confortablement 4 personnes.
La cuisine équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, machine à café, grille-pain, réfrigérateur) facilite vos repas. Télévision française, WiFi et chauffage complètent l'équipement. Le parking couvert sous le bâtiment (2 m de large, 1,83 m de haut, 4,83 m de profondeur) garantit un stationnement sécurisé.
La région permet d'explorer Torroella de Montgrí, Pals et L'Estartit. Le supermarché Raül Girona se trouve à moins de 6 km, tandis que restaurants et commerces sont à proximité. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés moyennant frais. Une consommation de 15 kW par jour est incluse dans la location.
Steffen le 20/06/2026Entspannt in Mas Pinell : (+) : Lage der Wohnung zum Strand war sehr gut. Nur wenige Meter entfernt! Auch ist der Meerblick von der 4. Etage aus sehr schön. Für 2 Personen ideal zum Entspannen!

Traduire cet avis ?Dennis le 10/07/2025Perfekt gelegene Wohnung für einen schönen Urlaub : (+) : Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Keine 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Anreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Auch am Abreisetag lief alles ohne Probleme.
(-) : Bei Ankunft roch der Abfluss der Dusche etwas komisch.

Frank le 23/06/2022This property was spot on for our needs. : (+) : Whilst on the 4th floor this property provided wonderful sea views and indeed of surrounding areas, a great bonus whilst eating, or having a relaxing coffee / light refreshment! The apartment is simple and easy to manage. The true value of property is the excellent back up service provided by those at reception, easy to communicate with and nothing seems to be a problem, leading to a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Top marks, F & A Smyth.

Frank le 02/09/2019The Apartment looks tired, it has wonderful potential, a good clean / clear out followed by a good coat of bright fresh paint wo : (-) : The property has a somewhat dated / tired look about it, a new clean shower curtain could work wonders for the bathroom. The kitchen area whilst workable and clearly had a new hob fitted in the recent past alas the area in front of the hob is ill fitting / loose. As reported the electric socket / light switch over the bed is in poor working condition as is the socket at the sink in bathroom. A new bulb in the fridge. A good lick of paint to brighten - freshen up the apartment would work wonders. It's a combination of the small things that make it all work. We enjoyed our stay and will consider a return visit.
