El estado de la cocina ha empeorado respecto al año pasado. : (+) : La piscina, el jardín.
(-) : El estado de limpieza de la cocina, los utensilios de cocina, la vitrocerámica (muy poca fuerza), el sistema de limpieza de la piscina... Los tres niños acabaron con otitis.

Nuestra impresión : (+) : Ubicación de la finca en las afueras de un pueblo pequeño y tranquilo en donde se pueden encontrar la paz y el silencio tan escasos en centros poblacionales y turísticos de importancia. Contrario a lo que se podría suponer, es posible acercarse en tiempo muy razonable a cualquier lugar de la isla. El pueblo dispone de supermercado, panadería y algunos bares restaurantes, a los cuales se puede llegar a pié en aprox. 5 minutos.
La finca es muy adecuada para grupos numerosos, ofreciendo una cocina bien equipada así como diversos lugares de reunión y de retiro, tanto dentro como fuera de la casa, como son el área de la piscina, la cual dispone además de una mesa amplia con sillas suficientes para todos. Desde esta área se tiene una vista excelente a la sierra de la Tramuntana.

La casa está rodeada de áreas verdes con muchas flores, plantas y árboles frutales, los cuales, durante las épocas de cosecha pueden completar la satisfacción de los huéspedes. En nuestra opinión, un lugar excelente para sentirse en el campo sin estar lejos de los puntos de interés de la isla.
(-) : Algunos problemas menores: Algunos de los utensilios de la cocina, como la cafetera eléctrica, se encuentran defectuosos (posiblemente alto grado de calcificación). La llave de la puerta principal presentaba un defecto, lo que hacía muy difícil abrirla - además del riesgo de rotura de la misma llave. La solución fue el cambio de la llave.

Son Barraquer Llubí finca : (+) : We wanted a Finca with nice looking outside areas with a good view - we got that. We like to cook - the kitchen has a good selection of most things a cook would want (knives pots pan etc) and some basics, salt pepper, oil...Gin. A stove and oven that works. Walking distance to very good restaurants. We got all of that.
(-) : I think we got what we wanted and expected. I think some reviewers expect more than they want to pay, so there are lots of things that could be better but it would cost twice as much - as there was only two of us we didn't want to pay any more. So all i can ask is a better choice of smaller vincas - great views - great pool -great view of the pool when I'm cooking, and a few top restaurants on the beach a short walk away.

Relaxation : (+) : A perfect 10 days in the Mallorcan countryside. The Villa was ace, great location and the facilities at the the Villa were good. The location was fantastic and we all had a great time.
(-) : The lack of lights inside the pool at night was a frustration.

Nice Villa easily could be getting 5 starts if not few little things : (+) : Whole house and surroundings (gardens, pool area)
(-) : few things should be addressed with owner. I am not sure if it was coincidencejust neglected things but oven and cooker did not work first day. We new no air conditioning in villa which is fine but we did not expect not to have fans. I had to contact office to ask for fans 4 times and got them only after 4 days. It is very small investment but took so long. Knowing that villa is for rent it would be nice if ownerwhoever comes to us to speak has little bit of language knowledge apart from Spanish. Lady came to villa one day and she was talking to us in spanish, she could not explain why she was there until we had to use google translate and figure out that she wanted to change towels. Sun beds are very old and broken so they need to be replaced ASAP (small investment too). Pool lights did not work. When you pay 3600 eur you would expect everything to work. Also bed linen could be white (that is worldwide standart for hotels), towels all different looks like someone brought them from other house. other then that we were happy with our stay

Eine großzügige Finca mit mallorkinischem Flair : (+) : Die Finca ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Objekt mit viel Platz und mallorkinischem Flair! Sie ist ursprünglich eingerichtet, sehr gut gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Außengelände bietet mit seinen vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man als große Gruppe verreist ist. Der Pool eignet sich sowohl für größere Nichtschwimmer (ab 4 Jahren) und für Schwimmer (max. Tiefe 2,10m).
Die Finca hat 4 Schlafzimmer. Jedes bietet viel Platz für die Unterbringung der Koffer und man kann seine Wäsche sehr gut verstauen. 3 Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten mit EINER Matratze. 1 Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Man wird geweckt von der Natur geweckt, da sich Hähne, Hunde, Vögel und Esel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus aufhalten.
Die Küche ist mit einem sehr großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Hervorragend für 8 Personen! Sie hat eine Spühlmaschine, Mirkowelle, Backofen, Wasserkocher. Eigentlich alles was man braucht. Auf der Terasse befindet sich auch ein Grill.
Das Wohnzimmer hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Fernseher mit spanischem Fernsehprogramm.
Außerdem ist eine Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner in einer seperaten Waschküche.
(-) : Leiden haben wir folgende Mängel festgestellt:

Der Backofen ist defekt. Wir bekamen ihn nicht an.

Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht. Wir mussten mit einer Cafetera Kaffee kochen.

Die Poolbeleuchtung ist defekt gewesen, obwohl uns gesagt wurde, dass diese repariert wird.

In den Betten war nur ein Bettlaken/-decke für ein Doppelbett vorhanden.
