Cet appartement de 120 m² au 1er étage (petit ascenseur) propose 5 chambres avec configurations variées : lits doubles, simples, superposés et lits gigogne, garantissant l'accueil de 17 personnes. Remarque : la chambre 3 est intérieure sans fenêtres extérieures.
Les espaces communs comprennent un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée (plaques gaz, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain) et 2 salles de bain complètes. Tous les matelas sont de qualité. L'appartement bénéficie d'un excellent ensoleillement.
Situé à distance de marche de Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, le château et Alfama, cet espace offre une expérience locale complète. Internet et wifi sont disponibles. Chauffage et ventilateurs portables sont fournis (pas de climatisation). Accès exclusif via self-check-in automatique dès 16h, départ jusqu'à 11h. Attention : l'immeuble impose le silence à partir de 22h et l'interdiction des bruits, musique, fêtes et haut-parleurs. Bruit extérieur possible en raison de la localisation centrale touristique.

Overall, we had a good 2 night stay in a very well located apartment
(+) : Location was great!
(-) : The floor to the apartment did not feel very very clean, and the furniture was run down. There was also a pest issue and we noticed cockroaches on both days of our stay.

Great location
(+) : Located at the city centre and easy to access metro, but the hot water system only can supply one person at the time, not able for two bath water in the same time, a big problem for large groups of people
(-) : Improve the hot water supply system otherwise it is a big problem for a large number of people bathing

Great location but tight quarters
(+) : The location was great for those who enjoy being in the tourist center. Easy walk, bus, rideshare to other nearby sites. It is bustling until midnight. Apartment was clean and comfortable. 2nd floor is ideal, not too much climbing and just off the ground floor.
(-) : Not really the fault of the apartment, but know what you're getting into. A potential downside of the great location is that there is noise. It bothered some in our party. Also know that there are 2 bathrooms for a unit that accommodates up to 17. Guests must be efficient and scheduled to make it work. Although there are several bedrooms, some beds are trundles that basically take all of the floor space in a room. There are really only 10 beds if I recall, the rest are pull out trundles. It was fine for us because we had several kids, but it might not be ideal for 17 adults.
