Cet appartement de 100 m² occupe le 2º étage d'un immeuble équipé d'un petit ascenseur, idéalement situé dans la Baixa historique. Les 4 chambres accueillent jusqu'à 13 personnes : la chambre 1 propose un lit double et deux lits gigognes, la chambre 2 deux lits simples et deux lits gigognes, la chambre 3 un lit double (sans fenêtres), et la chambre 4 deux lits simples et un lit gigogne.
L'espace de vie comprend un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine équipée (four, plaques de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes), ainsi que 2 salles de bain complètes. Excellent Location
(+) : We enjoy the time at the place in such a good location. Only down fall is you need to keep the windows open for air and the Noice from the street (cars, truck, sirens) does not let you get into a deep .

(+) : We spent one night at this apartment, and the location is definitely the highlight - you can't get any better than being just steps away from Praça do Comércio. The check-in process was straightforward, though it felt more like a hotel operation (without a "front desk") than a typical experience with personal host interaction.The apartment itself was adequate for our short stay, but there were a few issues worth noting. The bathrooms area had an unpleasant odour, and one of the bedrooms slightly smelled of mold. While we didn't use the pull-out beds, we noticed dust and hair on the mattresses. The apartment was generally clean, though some areas like light switches and walls could use more attention. We also noticed some mosquitos inside the apartment. Sound insulation was also poor. Given the prime location, this place would be ideal for a short stay in Lisbon, right in the centre of the most touristic area in Lisbon.

(+) : Days before the arrival, Central Hill messaged us with a list of recommendations, places to go and what to visit in the city. They responded to any questions very quickly and in a kind, attentive manner. When we came in to leave our luggage, we forgot to call in advance that we were coming and they were very comprehensive and welcoming. The apartment has 4 large rooms and a very comfortable common area with a nice table. Since it's so close to the city center, we had no problem walking everywhere. The neighborhood, even though it's centric location, is peaceful, safe and calm at night. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
