Installé au 4ᵉ étage d'un immeuble du début du XIXᵉ siècle, ce duplex de 250 m² conjugue charme historique et confort contemporain. Les plafonds en stuc d'origine et les parquets anciens côtoient une climatisation, une cuisine équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes) et une connexion Wi-Fi. Trois salles de bain desservent les 8 chambres, agencées avec flexibilité : lits doubles, simples et gigognes permettant d'accueillir jusqu'à 25 personnes. Un canapé-lit ajoute deux couchages supplémentaires au séjour.
Le salon et la salle à manger donnent sur un balcon avec vue sur Lisbonne. Un second balcon offre lumière naturelle et clarté. À proximité immédiate, l'Avenida da Liberdade, Príncipe Real et ses commerces, restaurants et boutiques sont accessibles à pied, tout comme Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto et le château São Jorge.
Attention : pas d'ascenseur. L'immeuble exige le respect strict de la tranquillité (silence à partir de 22h, pas de fête ni de musique). Vous pouvez vous attendre à un certain bruit extérieur en raison de la localisation touristique centrale. Enregistrement automatique à partir de 16h, départ avant 11h.

Amazing stay!
(+) : We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Lisbon — it’s truly one of the best places you could choose in the city. The location strikes a perfect balance: tucked away on a quiet street so you’re not dealing with the constant noise, but still just a short walk from countless great cafés, bars, and restaurants.
The space itself was ideal for our group. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably, with plenty of beds and common areas to relax. Even though we didn’t end up cooking (Lisbon’s food scene is too good to pass up), the apartment had everything you’d need for a longer stay.
It also felt recently renovated and exceptionally well maintained — everything was in pristine condition and had a polished, modern feel. On top of that, the views were absolutely beautiful and added a lot to the overall experience.
The hosts were fantastic — very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.
Overall, this place exceeded expectations. If you’re visiting Lisbon with a group and want somewhere peaceful but still close to the action, this is a perfect choice.
