Large country house with swimming pool, situated in the area called Sa Pleta, behind the Golf of Pula.
The house is powered by solar panels and a generator.
The hotel is situated in the middle of nature. Ideal for a family holiday enjoying the sea and the countryside.
At 3 km from the village of Son Servera.

Groups of young people and/or singles are not allowed.

The house has two floors with outdoor area with swimming pool, porch, barbecue. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms, with fans.

The ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub.

There is a cat living outside on this farm, so we ask guests to give it food, which we provide.
