The beautiful finca is situated in a slightly elevated position in the countryside, close to the small Mallorcan village of Calonge. The view from the property sweeps across the countryside. The sea still shines in the distance on the horizon. A small supermarket, a small selection of restaurants and the plaza are just a 10-minute walk away. Another nearby village is S'Horta, which is also within easy walking distance. Overall, this rural area, which has retained an attractive, authentic charm, is ideal for long walks or excursions by bike. Bicycles can be hired in Cala d'Or all year round. The undeveloped bay of Cala Sanau with its fine sandy beach and turquoise waters is just 5 kilometres away. Cala d'Or, also 5 kilometres away, offers a nice change of pace. The lively tourist resort offers an endless choice of restaurants and shops. Here or in the exclusive marina of Cala d'Or it is wonderful to stroll around late at night. A selection of discos and bars with live music also makes the resort attractive for night owls. If you prefer a quieter pace, head to Porto Colom, which is around 7 kilometres away. The charming and authentic fishing village is an excellent place to dine. In the summer months, Mallorcan families like to stay here by the sea and Spaniards from the mainland also appreciate the beautiful ambience.

The large covered terrace offers a great view of the vast landscape and is the perfect place to relax, read your favourite book and enjoy the feeling of peace and tranquillity that this area offers. A large table with chairs and the brick-built outdoor barbecue offer the opportunity for enjoyable outdoor barbecues. A large, rectangular pool with Roman steps (12 x 6 m, depth min. 1 m, max. 1.70 m) is available for a refreshing dip. The large sun terrace with sun loungers and green areas lets you enjoy the long summer days - since 2018 with a side and covered pergola for more sun protection. . A table tennis table rounds off the offer.

Finca Romana is a friendly and brightly furnished new build. Spacious, sunny areas offer an appealing place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of country life. The beautiful country house offers an airy living and dining area, designed in Ibizan style. Large glass doors lead to the charming covered terrace. The modern and spacious kitchen is well equipped. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom with shower. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. The upper floor houses a master bedroom with double bed, dressing area, a large en-suite bathroom and direct access to two large terraces with panoramic views of the pool and the countryside. A further bedroom with two single beds also has a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom. In a small guest house by the pool there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.
