The exclusive marina of Cala D'Or with excellent restaurants overlooking the yachts is 5 minutes away by car. A wide variety of water sports are on offer in Cala D'Or. Discover the beauty of the south coast on board a sailing or glass-bottomed boat with great sandy bays, charming harbours and the Mondragó nature reserve. Dos Pinos is a large house, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The house offers 2 living rooms. From the entrance we enter directly into a bright living room and then into the second living/dining room, which has access to the outside. The kitchen adjoins the living/dining area and is well equipped with access to the pool. 3 bedrooms complete the ground floor. Two offer 2 single beds each, the other has a double bed. The three bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor to two further bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower.
A well-tended Mediterranean garden welcomes us in the front area. The pool (6.5 m x 3 m, depth min. 1.10 m, max. 1.90 m) and a large terrace are located at the rear of the house. The terrace has sun loungers. There is a lawn area and two large pine trees, which provide natural shade on hot summer days. There is a table and chairs under a wooden pergola. Here you can enjoy meals prepared on the brick barbecue. A table tennis table offers sporting fun. Next to the pergola is a utility room with a washing machine.
