The 250-year-old house has been converted into a beautiful and spacious rustic-style holiday home. A solid oak door leads to the open-plan entrance and dining room, which communicates with the living room. From here you can access the rear garden with green areas and fruit trees. Well-equipped kitchen in professional style. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet here. Upstairs is the master bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom and access to the private terrace. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The largest of the bedrooms has two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a private external staircase leading to the garden. In an outbuilding there is another bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, satellite TV and direct access to the pool terrace. Air conditioning with fixed and limited hours of use.

The owner is also active in horse breeding. There are stables and 15 to 20 beautiful horses on the same property.
