The finca offers a relaxing and beautiful holiday in the peaceful and picturesque rural surroundings of Son Mesquida, an area less than 7 km from the small town of Felanitx. Felanitx offers a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants. A large and very popular market is held every Sunday morning. It's fun to immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle, enjoy a café and then return to the house with freshly purchased island produce. The picturesque fishing village of Porto Colom with its unique, large natural inland harbour is only 10 km from Felanitx and offers various restaurants and cafés along the long harbour pier with fantastic views of the boats. There are various sandy beaches here and in the surrounding area. The beautiful long dune beach "Es Trenc" with its Caribbean-like turquoise waters can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car from the finca.
Outside area The garden is generously laid out with lawns, some olive trees and palm trees. The centrepiece of the garden is the curved 12 x 6 metre pool (depth 1.10 - 1.65) with brick steps, which is surrounded by a square sun terrace made of beautiful natural stone, inviting you to relax in the sun or read a fascinating book under the parasol. The warm summer evenings can be enjoyed on the covered terrace. By the pool there is a barbecue area with a brick barbecue and a toilet with shower.
A first high chair and a first cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
Finca Ailen is a beautiful, newly built stone finca in traditional style. The interior is lovingly designed with both rustic and modern elements. The entrance leads directly into the open and spacious living/dining area with a large serving hatch to the kitchen and a large, cast-iron corner fireplace. On the other side, large glass doors lead to the long, covered outdoor terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen also offers access to the terrace. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other two with double beds, one of which has an en suite shower room, dressing room and access to the covered terrace. The other two rooms share a spacious and modern bathroom.

Linen is changed once a week Bed linen, towels for the use of the house, tea towels, final cleaning and utilities (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price (except air conditioning) The first cot and high chair are included in the price.
