Cette villa de 133 m² offre un cadre confortable pour 6 personnes avec vue sur la montagne et la piscine privée. Les trois chambres disposent chacune d'une salle de bain privée, garantissant l'intimité de chaque occupant.
La cuisine indépendante, équipée d'une plaque de cuisson au gaz, d'un four, d'un lave-vaisselle et de tous les appareils nécessaires (réfrigérateur, congélateur, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, presse-agrumes), facilite la préparation des repas. La piscine privée de 41 m² (profondeur de 2 m) est accessible toute l'année. La terrasse et le jardin aménagé avec mobilier invitent à la détente en plein air.
La location bénéficie d'une situation pratique : à 60 m du métro Intermodal, à 1 km de la gare routière, des commerces (supermarché Eroski, restaurants) et de l'hôpital PAC. Le centre historique est à 2 km. La plage de Puerto de Pollensa se trouve à 8 km, tandis que le Golf Club Pollensa est à 3 km. Parking extérieur inclus. Wifi et télévision satellite (espagnol, anglais, allemand) complètent les équipements.

Stephan le 06/08/2024Perfect stay : (+) : We had a perfect stay at the Villa.
The house was very clean, everything was arranged beautifully.
The house is perfekt for three couples as it has three bedrooms, each with an own bathroom. All the bedrooms do have A/C, modern ones which provide no noise and are easy to adjust.
It has a large living room with a very comfortable sofa and also a large dining table, which we didn’t use as we enjoyed our meals at the shadowed patio, overviewing the old city and the mountains.
The pool is larger than we thought (out of the pictures). But if you are traveling with children, be aware, it is deep and non swimmers should be watched.
Almost every day someone came to clean and refill it. Great service.
Also our towels were changed although we just stayed for one week.
So, the house and it’s facilities invite you to stay and enjoy but if you want to leave, the city is just across the street and it is a nice little town.
It has several restaurants and cafes and on Sunday there is a market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables as well as olives and cheese. And the bakery stand is gorgeous.
Supermarkets are within a five minutes ride.
So, we plan to come back as one week was not enough
(-) : Ok, this is really not complaining, but if I got to say something:
It did not disturb us at all, but the street is not far away and one can hear the traffic (outside, inside the house you hear nothing) but on a really low level.
And although there is WIFI, it is not stable all of the time and I am not sure if it would be enough if planing a „workation“, like if it would stand video calls. But the few downtimes we had were just at late evenings and during the night, so nothing to complain about.
