Maison mitoyenne moderne et lumineuse idéalement située à Nerja. La maison offre 150 m² de confort avec trois chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Une terrasse de 30 m² prolonge les espaces de vie et offre une vue sur la mer et la montagne.
La cuisine indépendante est entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain) et la maison bénéficie de la climatisation dans tous les étages. Vous disposerez également d'un lave-linge, d'un fer à repasser et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Un barbecue sur la terrasse invite aux repas en plein air.
Accès au parking couvert du bâtiment et à la piscine collective (12×6 m) ouverte toute l'année. À seulement 650 m de Burriana Beach et de ses restaurants, la maison se trouve aussi à 800 m du supermarché Mercadona et 2 km du centre-ville de Nerja. Un lieu parfait pour explorer la côte andalouse.

"The house is fantastic, just 10 minutes walking to Burriana Beach, although there's a significant hill, but that's Nerja. The house is spacious, the kitchenware is almost new, clean, cozy, a 10 out of 10. Just one downside: fans in the bedrooms for sleeping, in my opinion. Sleeping with air conditioning isn't very healthy. Replacing the ceiling lights with ceiling fans would make it perfect. Everything else was perfect, highly recommended. Thank you."

With air conditioning for sleeping, besides the health aspect, the small room that has all the air conditioning units becomes very noisy for sleeping. Lovely Townhouse
(+) : Lovely spacious, well-equipped townhouse in a great location. The beach is just 10 minutes walk downhill and there is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk up the hill.
The house itself is really nice. Kitchen has everything you would need. The terrace is lovely to sit and eat out on in evening. Bedrooms are nice and comfy.
The hosts were really helpful and responsive to queries that I had throughout my stay.
Would definitely come back.
