Villa de 150 m² en première ligne de plage avec vue mer et montagne. 5 chambres, piscine collective, cuisine équipée et climatisation. À 300 m de la plage de Burriana.
Cette villa de 150 m² offre un accès direct au front de plage avec vue sur la mer et la montagne. Les 5 chambres accueillent confortablement 10 personnes, chacune avec salle de bain privée. La cuisine indépendante, entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes), facilite les repas en famille.
La piscine collective (10 m × 5 m, profondeur 1,25 m à 1,80 m) est accessible toute l'année. Une terrasse et un balcon permettent de profiter de la vue, tandis que le barbecue invite aux repas en plein air. La climatisation, ventilateurs et wifi assurent confort et connectivité.
La localisation est idéale : à seulement 300 m du restaurant et de la cafétéria Various at Burriana, 350 m de la plage de sable de Burriana, 1 km du supermarché Mercadona et du bus station. Balcón de Europa se trouve à 2 km, tandis que l'aéroport de Málaga est à 65 km.

(-) : Possibly a parasol or 2 especially up on the roof and balcony outside the dining room Gas bottle empty for bbq so perhaps a charcoal bbq is the answer We had a fantastic time despite this and would love to rent again
Wilfried le 02/05/2026Our Opinion : (+) : The quick service. There was a problem with the coffee machine and we received a new one within 4 or 5 hours. Great.
(-) : The blankets were warm ar night. We should like it if there is a solution between the actual blanket and no blanket.
Sacha le 18/07/2024Really nice appartment close to the Beach. : (+) : Really nice appartment, with 3 terraces with morning sun and shadow in the afternoon/evening. Fine Roms with aircondition and a fan. Fine pool area. Appartment is very close to the Beach and walking distance to Nerja. We had a really good time.

(-) : Unfortunately the working in the neighborhood was noisy during weekdays 8.00-18.00.
The keys was not marked which was irritating when we come/leave
We had appreciate more lamps so that we could read in bed.
Daniel le 20/09/2022Pinomar D - Nerja : (+) : Location for Burriana beach was excellent. Communication with CG was excellent. Airport transfers arranged through CG and worked smoothly on arrival and departure days. Mix up with extra linen but cost refunded straight away when we advised CG we paid for a service not received.
(-) : Mix up with extra linen. which I think was down to website functionality.

Air conditioning in each room.
Was lovely to be with friends in this a accommodation.
(-) : Confirmation shows key code underlined. Unfortunately we are used to attachments and I didn’t realise I had to click on the underline to view photos.
The internet was very slow. Not sure why. Maybe too many trying to use it?
Some mentioned pillows not so comfortable though I found them good.
Padlock to the pool to be maintained very stiff to open.
Front double bedroom no dark curtain or blind so light very early on. Same with one twin.
Other than that a lovely accommodation
Hope to return again.

Perfect to stay with max 8 people So you can Share thé bathroooms with 2 couples . Good to have 3 toilets.
Clean house but furniture and outside furniture need a little refreshment.
