Cet appartement de 70 m² offre un cadre confortable pour quatre personnes, avec deux chambres et une vue dégagée sur la montagne. La grande terrasse de 32 m², équipée de mobilier de jardin, constitue un espace idéal pour profiter du climat méditerranéen.
La cuisine américaine, dotée d'une plaque à induction, vous permet de préparer vos repas avec tous les équipements nécessaires : réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et petit électroménager complet. Un barbecue complète les installations pour des repas en famille. La climatisation fonctionne dans tout le logement pour votre confort.
L'emplacement privilégié place l'appartement à 400 m de la plage de Calahonda et du Balcon de Europa, à proximité immédiate de commerces (280 m du supermarché Mercadona) et de restaurants. Le wifi, la télévision satellite (6 langues) et le lave-linge complètent l'équipement. Une prestation de nettoyage supplémentaire est disponible sur demande.

Lovely Apartment in Trancos
(+) : Such a great apartment for our stay and the location was fantastic. So handy for the supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops, and easy walking either towards the Burriana Beach area or towards the Balcon. It was so handy having our own roof terrace with 2 sun loungers, and with table and chairs too. It is a compact 2 bedroom apartment so really more suited for 2 people staying on their own. I would definitely stay here again.
(-) : The beds are comfortable but very squeaky so not the best if anyone tosses and turns during the night.
If we went for a shower one after the other then the water tended to go cold for the second person, but we just spelled our showering to accommodate.
Although the apartment is on a 'quiet' pedestrianised street, we slept in the front bedroom and could generally hear any work being done or anyone talking loudly outside, which happened quite a lot. This was even with the patio doors and the outside roller shutter shut. Earplugs did the trick.
