Maison d'angle avec patio couvert et BBQ à Los Naranjos, 500 m des commerces et moins de 1 km de Puerto Banús. Piscine collective, sécurité 24h, 8 personnes.
Casa Esquina offre un cadre spacieux et bien aménagé pour 8 personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée accueille un salon avec deux espaces de détente, TV et cheminée, complété d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, plaque électrique, réfrigérateur, congélateur) accessible par portes coulissantes. La table à manger intérieure reçoit 6 personnes, tandis que la terrasse arrière partiellement couverte propose une table pour 8 et un espace salon extérieur avec BBQ.
L'étage comprend trois chambres doubles avec placards : une chambre avec lit de 140 cm et salle de bain (douche pluie), la chambre principale avec lit de 160 cm, dressing et salle de bain attenante avec accès terrasse, plus une troisième chambre communicante (lit 160 cm). Un quatrième étage abrite une chambre twin (2 × 90 cm) avec salle de bain et terrasse (hauteur limitée). Climatisation et wifi couvrent l'ensemble. Parking en bordure de route, piscine commune de l'autre côté de la route. Urbanisation fermée avec sécurité 24h.
Laetitia S. le 21/08/2024(+) : The villa is huge! We stayed as a family of 7 and never felt crammedon top of each other. There is space both indoors and outdoors. All the rooms have wardrobes and/or chest of drawers. The beds are comfy. Most rooms have access to a balconyterrace. The bathrooms are well equipped. The kitchen is also very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob and big fridge/freezer. The villa is close to Puerto Banus. There is a supermarket on the Habitacion, it’s big and has everything you need. Alternatively there is also a big shopping centre about 15 mins drive with a very big supermarket. The pool is great, big enough to share with other people and never felt too busy. The WiFi is good throughout the property.
Traduire cet avis ?David T. le 28/07/2024(+) : A perfect location for our family of 7. The pool, only 2 mins away was peaceful and usually plenty of space on the grass. Note: There are no loungers so you’ll need a towel. Located in a private urbanisation which was very well maintained and very beautiful with flowers and palm trees wherever you look. There is. Super market in the middle with everything you need to self cater. Puerto Banus is walkable (20 mins)a short ride in a taxi (we found bolt the best for 7 of us). Check in and out was easy with the charming staff of justrent marbella. Highly recommend this property!!
