Have to collect key from another agent opposite end of menton from a key box and go back to return the key at the end of stay not suitable when you are travelling with luggage and not made clear at time of booking …. There is no mention that they use another agent
All instructions given emailed with loads of files from this agent which is fine if you have internet on your phone abroad !!! At least put a paper instructions with the key or better still someone to meet you at the property . The address says 25 and it was in fact 23 so I was walking around for over an hour . When I got in the apartment is just a room and so hot only a ceiling fan so I went out and bought a floor fan. The instructions for getting rid of the waste was wrong telling me to go to the basement by lift when there wasn’t a basement option Everything was very basic and not worth the money I paid but my lesson is don’t book last minute and don’t book in August . Sadly Put me off booking again 😢 SORRY
