Belle villa en pierre construite à flanc de colline, à proximité immédiate de Genzano di Roma, avec une vue magnifique sur le paysage des Castelli Romani. La maison de 250 m² accueille confortablement 12 personnes dans 5 chambres réparties sur rez-de-chaussée et 1er étage, dotées de 3 salles de bains. L'aménagement intérieur allie confort et bon goût, avec cuisine équipée (four, cuisinière gaz/électrique, cafetière espresso), lave-vaisselle, machine à laver et chauffage central.
L'extérieur est un véritable atout : piscine privée de 87 m² (mai à fin septembre), pergola équipée de 75 m², barbecue en pierre, trampoline, balançoire, toboggan, table de ping-pong, douche extérieure et jeux (badminton, pétanque). Le vaste jardin paysagé de 2000 m² offre promenades en forêt de châtaigniers. Idéalement situé pour visiter Rome (20 km), Castel Gandolfo et le lac Nerni (3 km). Parking gratuit 4 places, WiFi, maison isolée pour l'hiver.
Phil Barnes le 07/09/2024A lovely villa that I would have given a higher rating but for our host's refusal to provide any fans. The temperature inside the villa remained extremely high throughout our stay and there is no air conditioning. Our host's response to our request was to point out that whilst it is hot in the morning and the afternoon, it is cold in the evenings. This simply isn't true, and we all had trouble sleeping. (Our stay was last week in August/First week in September) We took the usual steps of shading windows and ventilating appropriately to try to minimize the heat but it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. In the end, we had to purchase a fan to make the children comfortable in one of the ground-floor bedrooms. Since a fan isn't an item that can be carried in your luggage onboard an aircraft, we left the one we purchased to assist future vacationers. My message to our host would be, 'You are in the hospitality business, and hospitality applies to both the morning, the afternoon, and the evening. The comfort of your guests should be your primary concern.' I would also point out to anyone thinking of booking that the total additional costs to be paid on arrival at the villa for linen, cleaning, and fuel, was 400 euros for our party of nine. To sum up, I have to say that we would not stay here again.
