Au 15ème étage avec vue sur la mer, cet appartement de 80 m² accueille 6 personnes dans 3 chambres. À 10 m de la plage de Levante, à 300 m du centre animé de Benidorm. Rénové 2017, piscine commune.
Cet appartement spacieux de 80 m² conjugue confort et clarté. Il comprend un séjour/salle à manger de 22 m² avec sortie sur véranda, télévision numérique et climatisation réversible. Trois chambres offrent chacune deux lits simples (90 × 190 cm) et accès à la climatisation. La cuisine équipée dispose d'un four, lave-vaisselle, trois plaques à induction, micro-ondes et congélateur. Deux salles d'eau complètent l'ensemble.
La résidence Tor Serena propose une piscine rectangulaire (5 × 12 m, accessible de mi-juin à mi-septembre). L'ascenseur et le parking public facilitent l'accès. Vous trouverez un supermarché à 100 m et un bar à 10 m. Les transports en commun sont proches (100 m), tandis que la gare ferroviaire se situe à 2 km.
Les attractions majeures comme Aqualandia et Mundomar sont accessibles en 3 km, Terra Mítica et Terra Natura en 7 km. Internet WiFi gratuit et équipement bébé sur demande.

Excellent : The best ladies of a certain age holiday!! The apartment has a stunning view and could not rate this apartment better for location. Opposite the beautiful clean beaches.

Bello apartamento : Durante varios años e visitado Benidorm con mi familia siempre muy contentos el apartamento reúne todo lo que se nesecita para una estancia placentera. La pronta atención de el equipo Interhome Benidorm es muy eficiente siempre están listos para cumplir con todo lo que se refiere a tus necesidades también el paquete de bienvenida muchas gracias nos sentimos como en casa

Lovely appt : Lovely appt was great having the 3 bathrooms. Place was very clean and they left us stuff to get us started like small soap ,shower gel and washing powder. Veranda very big and spacious.

Absolute treasure of a place for a group of 6! : Location perfect, very clean, perfect for group.of 6 people, 3 bathrooms/toilets with showers so getting ready of an evening wasnt too difficult, kitchen facilities excellent. Beds were clean and comfortable and lots of room for hanging clothes and storage. Air con was fab and the view was amazing. Cannot fault this apartment. We mistakingly got locked out one evening and it's not a problem as B. the caretaker/concierge lives on the top floor so was on hand to assist with emergencies

Air Conditioning : The property was in a good location very close to the beach. It was also well equipped and clean. The problem was that the air conditioning in the apartment did not work. I was informed by the local office and the customer help line that I would be able to claim compensation for this problem, however, since the Interhome have not responded to my emails. Also the internet access was only 2Mo download speed, which for my children was extremely poor.

broadband has now been installed into the home in order to increase and
improve the WIFI speed for our guests. The airconditioning unit has also
been replaced with a brand new one and is now ready to use.
