Cette maison jumelée de 130 m² occupe l'étage supérieur d'une propriété à Lacco Ameno. Trois chambres avec lits doubles, deux salles de bains avec douche, cuisine équipée (cuisinière 4 feux, four, réfrigérateur) et salle de séjour composent l'intérieur. Climatisation réversible et WiFi complètent le confort.
L'atout majeur : une grande terrasse panoramique offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe de Casamicciola, l'île de Procida et le Vésuve au loin. Un balcon partiellement couvert, des espaces extérieurs fleuris et un four à bois (pizza et barbecue) invitent à profiter de cette vue. Deux vélos sont à disposition.
Situation privilégiée : plage de sable à 30 m, plage payante (Fundera) avec transats et parasols directement en dessous, thermes à 500 m. Le centre de Lacco Ameno, ses restaurants et commerces, sont accessibles à pied en 10 minutes via la promenade du bord de mer. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Sven le 26/06/2024To be fair the appartement is really spacious and almost every sleepingroom has its own bath. The kitchen has a new fridge and a new stove, there's a washingmachine in one bathroom, you have a working internet and cable-tv. BUT there are some not-so-minor details that should make you think twice, before you book your stay!The (very close) heli-port and the hospital are frequently used/needed as is the mainstreet that is the only thing between the appartement and the sea. Sadly the motorbikeriders LOVE to speed up on the stretch in front of the appartement as noisily as possible at ANY given time. During our stay we had no wind whatsoever from the north, which made even breakfast on the terrace a real heatchallenge! And the mosquitos were greedy in a manner that I haven't experienced before! Due to the construction of the building there are no ways to install mosquitoscreens so leaving the windows open during the night makes you a feast for the mosquitos or a victim of the bill for electricety - if you close the windows and use the AC. The number of poweroutlets in the bedrooms varies from one (!) to three and the possibilities to place your belongings are extremely limited. Parking close to the appartement is always a game of luck and the 51 stairs to hoist up your luggage or later your groceries can be challenging and last but not least: the faucett in the kitchen is tricky! NEVER use the middle valve! It's meant for a dishwasher that does not exist, but the water WILL flood the kitchen if you open it, ok?So, if you are immune to noise, heat and mosquitos or don't care about saving water and energy, tjis appartement might be right for you otherwise...
