The house is located in a very nice neighbourhoods, surrounded by other nice properties with short distance to everything (very central). From the roof terrace towards the south one can see most of Denia unfortunately there are large trees in the back yard blocking the best view, and majestic mountains to the north.The garden has grate palm trees in the front but the grass is mostly dead/ gone due to lack of maintenance irrigation. In the back there are an outside kitchen, but we did not use this too much due to lack of maintenance and a lot of bird droppings on the tiles.The pool is very large and absolutely something the kids enjoyed. However, it appears not to be very well maintained we hade pool maintenance once in two weeks and they mostly just changed a filter and fixed a broken ladder.The house consists of three floors with the rustic kitchen and large bedroom in basement. The basement was horrible the pool pump room are next to the rustic kitchen and water leaked out from there with a lot of dead cockroaches and ants on the floor. The basement was no where we wanted to stay for too long. The 25A braker for the basement also only worked to about 20min before tripping.First floor was nice but had the appearance of being old and worn down with lack of maintenance, we find that the pictures do not match reality.Second floor are also nice but also here the picture does not match reality, it is old and worn down with lack of maintenance. The interior of the small bedroom has way different than interior on pictures. Also, and most annoying is that the air condition on two of the bedrooms are powered by the 25A braker from basement meaning that the air condition only works for about 20min before tripping. This were never fixed during our 2 weeks staying there.Overall grate vacation house but it appears to lack maintenance and pictures are better and probably newer than reality.
