Ce gîte de 63 m² conjugue authenticité médiévale et confort contemporain. Le rez-de-chaussée réunit une pièce de vie lumineuse avec espace repas, cuisine équipée et salon où trône une cheminée d'époque encadrée de boiseries d'origine. La première chambre propose un lit double de 140 cm et peut accueillir un lit bébé. Un escalier en quart tournant mène à la seconde chambre, installée au pied de la tour médiévale avec deux lits de 120 cm, offrant une expérience immersive dans l'histoire des lieux.
Les équipements modernes garantissent un séjour sans compromis : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, chauffage central, télévision, lecteur DVD et Wi-Fi. Un jardin privatif clos avec barbecue complète les aménagements. Situation idéale pour explorer le Pilat : accès direct aux sentiers balisés, proximité du GR7 et du chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle (10 km). Les commerces du village se trouvent à pied, rare combinaison de tranquillité et praticité. Chauffage inclus en très haute saison ; premier panier de bois offert.

Guest AirBnB le 26/09/2023"We spent two amazing weeks in Marlhes living in this peaceful ""castle"". The old building is very well appointed and comfortable. The upper floor of consists of a spacious living room / dining room / kitchen, and a hallway to a shower and the upper bedroom. The ground floor, down a flight of winding steps inside the ""castle tower"", has the second bedroom and the WC. There are many conveniences, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and everything we needed to cook many meals with food from the local market. The huge yard is fantastic and we enjoyed many of our dinners there. There is a good network of walking trails right out the door. Rémy and Jacqueline were exceptionally kind hosts, who made us feel very welcome, they showed great hospitality and they offered helpful recommendations for activities in the area. Agence Poplidays was a fine intermediary connecting us to our hosts. We hope to return again in the future to enjoy the serenity of this great gîte in Marlhes."

Il est regrettable, tout de même, que ce soit géré par une agence qui ne réponds pas au critère de airbnb et qui n’informe pas les propriétaires des différences qu’il peut y avoir avec le site gîte de France (caution à ne pas donner, clés à déposer etc, prix très différents du site gîte de France … )
