Die Lage der Finca war sehr praktisch, nur 4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Außerdem befand sie sich genau zwischen den großen Hotels. Leider war das Bad und die Dusche ziemlich klein, das Hauptproblem lag beim Abfluss. Nachdem man geduscht hatte, floss das Wasser nicht ab, sodass man eine Lösung finden musste, wie man mit vier Personen duschen kann. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und gut gepflegt.

Everything worked well. It was clean and comfy. Very close to the beach of Can Pastilla and Arenal. You can get what you need in the area: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment centers, etc. We recommend it.

Preis-Leistung war ok. Dusche leider sehr langsam abgelaufen, was das Duschen anstrengend macht. Vor Insekten darf man nicht zurückschrecken. Ansonsten war es eine extrem gute Lage und die Anforderungen wurden unsererseits für einen Ballermann-Urlaub alle erfüllt. Für einen normalen Urlaub würde ich diese Unterkunft eher nicht empfehlen, da ich mir da einen höheren Standard wünschen würde - aber für alle Ballermann-Urlauber definitiv zu empfehlen.

Good location, 15 minutes from Palma. Minimal blankets and towels, had to ask for more towels during our trip. There was a Cockroach in the house and shower wasn’t draining well. Make sure to rent a car while your stay! You have to drive everywhere in Mallorca.

Lovely place, 10 mins from the airport, very close to the beach and local tiny shops or restaurants, and a min 15 walk to big supermarkets like Eroski or Mercadona. The gate is often blocked by parked cars and it would be tight for a big car to fit in there. We stopped on the yellow lines and waited ~10mins for a space on the street to become available. Street Parking is free and felt safe. The garden and house are lovely. It is surrounded by apartment blocks/hotels so it feels very luxurious to have that space in this location. We visited in Easter and it all seemed very quiet relative to peak season. Lots of space on the beach and in the restaurants.

This place is exactly what the pictures show! It's a great place to stay if you want close access to the beach and a spot far enough away from the main center. The house was super spacious and offered a terrace on the top floor. Close walking distance to cute local markets and restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Gute Lage in Strandnähe, und Playa, Bierkönig 5 Min Fußweg. Tolle Dachterasse, schöner Garten mit Zitronenbaum. Sauber. Bierkönig klasse. Gute Musik im Bierkönig. Flexibler CheckIn und CheckOut. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

We had a fantastic stay here! it was beautiful and is very close to the beach & bus stop into Palma, there's also a grocery store a twenty minute walk away, and the house fit our group of six perfectly. After our first use of the gate it broke but they were quick to get it fixed for us! The house is also not super private as it's surrounded by large hotels/apartments with balconies, but the neighbors were quiet so it wasn't an issue. Overall it was a lovely stay and I'd definitely come again!

Todo bien. La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, en Can Pastilla, a 200 metros de la playa, la zona tiene de todo: restaurantes, bares, supermarket, el fantástico Puro Beach Club, comercios, etc. Facilidad de transporte público y económico a Palma y el aeropuerto. Sin duda, recomendamos Villa Los Brezos.

Fincas place was really lovely. It was close to the beach which was a great deal, as well as close to stores for your basic needs such as water, shampoo, body wash, etc. They do have a drying rack at the rooftop which was handy. It's a really huge place for 6 people. They only have 2 fans for 2 rooms but we didn't really need it at night since it was cool enough. Judit was really helpful in our questions regarding the place, we had to ask a lot of them. They were happy enough for us to check in a bit early, as well which was great. A bit difficult to book a taxi, though, since no one spoke English when we called but overall, good stay for 4 days. The beach was worth it!

Great place for this area. Withdrawn from the most noisy streets, yet close to the beach and public transport. A minimarket next door comes in handy. Spacious place with great outdoor areas. You have everything you need. We enjoyed the wonderful patio, specially at nights.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt hier zu 100%. Die Lage der Villa ist top, schöner großer Außenbereich, sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ebenfalls sehr gut. Würde ich auf alle fälle empfehlen :)

Llegada rápida desde el aeropuerto, buena ubicación con todo cerca y se puede ir a Palma en transporte público. Instalaciones de acuerdo a la descripción, uno de los baños se accede desde el exterior.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Wer es einfach mag und nicht all zu viel für die tolle Lage bezahlen möchte. Die Dusche könnte man reparieren- nervig wenn man 10 Tage nicht ordentlich duschen kann… aber ansonsten hat alles super funktioniert mit den Ansprechpartnern und wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Ordentliches Haus, das durch seine Nähe zum Strand einen besonderen Charm hat. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Haus hat alles was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub braucht.

Good experience : (+) : the villa los brezos is a finca, not as beautiful as on the pictures but still okay. not sure if the price is justified, but we had a nice week there and the location is top!
