Cette villa spacieuse accueille 6 personnes réparties dans 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Vous disposerez d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et congélateur), d'un salon avec télévision par satellite, et d'espaces extérieurs généreux : terrasses, jardin de 400 m² avec meubles et barbecue.
La piscine privée (chauffage disponible sur demande, 16 €/jour) constitue le cœur du séjour. Le Wi-Fi gratuit et la climatisation assurent votre confort. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont à disposition.
La localisation est stratégique : à moins de 200 m du « Village » avec commerces et restaurants, 5 min du centre Coloradas, 20 min à pied du port de Playa Blanca (plongée, planche à voile). Les plages de Papagayo, avec leurs eaux cristallines et criques tranquilles, se rejoignent en 15 min à pied. Arrêts de bus et taxi à proximité immédiate.

rachel le 04/04/2025We stayed here for 8 nights, we found the communication to be very good and it was an easy process to get into the villa and check-in. The villa itself is very spacious for two people however if there was six people they might struggle for space at times. The pool is lovely and it was cleaned while we were there. The TV was great and easy to use Netflix on. However we were expecting the cleaners to come to the villa at least once during our stay but they did not. Plenty of cleaning supplies left however for you to use. We did not get a top up of toilet roll or fresh towels which was a slight inconvenience. The towels provided shed the blue fluff when used and tends to cover you after a shower. The villa is lovely for a small group of people, there was a dishwasher and washing machine and TVs to use which were great. The pool itself was lovely and had a cover to use when not in use. There is plenty of information about the villa, how to navigate the surroundings and bins information etc. There is plenty of shops, restaurant nearby and you can walk into town within 30 mins and it's a lovely walk. There is also a small rocky beach nearby. Overall, we had a good stay and would love to recommend this place but bring your own towels!

However, it's located in a relatively quiet area, and if you want to go to the lively Palya Blanca neighborhood, it's best to have a car.The house is in good condition, with some damp patches on some walls, but nothing disturbing. The small kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need for cooking.The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.A special mention goes to Plus Villas Lanzarote, who were always there the few times we needed them and always responded very quickly and cordially to our requests.We hope to return soon.

Villa was comfortable with a lovely pool ( we paid for pool heating which was great ). Good sun loungers.Shaded area for sitting out. 30 minute walk to the excellent Marina via very pleasant promenade. Lots of nice restaurants and bars Instructions and videos to get to Villa and parking space very good and helpful.Excellent customer service. I contacted them on two occasions on a couple of queries and had immediate replies and prompt action.Having your own car would be helpful but there were local bus stops just a few minutes walk away and also taxis.Overall , very enjoyable holiday , excellent value and sad to leave.

Zona tranquila, cerca de playa papagayo, a 5 minutos en coche del un super, 15 minutos a pie por el paseo marítimo hasta puerto Rubicon...la villa muy bien,tiene todo lo necesaria para que tú estancia sea cómoda y agradable. La piscina maravillosa... La temperatura perfecta y le da el sol todo el día. Y con Jorge encantados, siempre disponible y aclarando todas las dudas... Unas vacaciones para repetir!
