La Villa Sunrise est située à Puerto del Carmen, près de la plage Playa Chica. Elle dispose d'une piscine privée (le chauffage est disponible moyennant un supplément de 16 € par jour. **Chers clients, nous vous demandons de nous prévenir au moins deux jours avant votre arrivée**), de deux chambres avec un lit double et deux lits simples, d'une terrasse avec vue sur la mer, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de deux salles de bain, d'un parking gratuit et d'un salon. Puerto del Carmen se situe au centre-sud de l'île, à environ 10 minutes de l'aéroport international. C'est la principale zone touristique de Lanzarote. D'un petit village de pêcheurs de quelques habitants, Puerto del Carmen est devenue l'une des destinations touristiques les plus populaires des îles Canaries. Son essor a débuté dans les années 1960 avec la construction des hôtels Fariones et San Antonio, qui ont façonné l'avenir de la région. Elle a été nommée en l'honneur de la Vierge del Carmen, la sainte patronne des pêcheurs. Lors des célébrations du Carmen, la Vierge est transportée à bord d'un bateau qui navigue sur une courte distance le long de la côte de Lanzarote.

Excellent communication with the agency 24/7.
Extremely clean inside, with a modern kitchen, and excellent water pressure in the showers.

Traduire cet avis ?katie le 21/09/2025We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, easy access to both the strip and old town and a nice shortcut to Biosfera nearby.
The property is in good condition with a modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and air-conditioning upstairs. There are gorgeous views from the balcony and it's a gorgeous place to have breakfast or sit out in the evening.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathroom. The pool is access via the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, there is a large double wardrobe in each bedroom and a portable fan. Both bathrooms have showers and are in good condition. Ample towels are supplied. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
The pool area is lovely, there are sunbeds with padded cushions and a dining area. We do regret not heating the pool as we would have used it a lot more if it was heated.
We hired a car for a few days and used the on street free parking but next time I would also pay to park at the property just for the convenience.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and have tried to book again for next year but unfortunately it is already booked out. I would be very happy to stay there again.

Traduire cet avis ?chris le 20/02/2025We really enjoyed our stay, it’s so good to get a pool to enjoy. The terrace/balcony got sun most of the day and the facilities were excellent. The location was great, 4 minutes to the harbour, 4 minutes to great restaurants around Farriones and 15 minutes to the beech front bars. We would definitely comes back.

The check in process was easy and stress free, the villa itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the old town and about a 10 minute walk to the new town/strip. 10/10 place and will 100% be back here!

The owners were helpful, responsive and non-intrusive. Will definitely stay again in future.
