La Villa Victoria Barcelona est une propriété unique de plus de 550 m² située au cœur de Barcelone, sur un terrain de plus de 600 m² avec de vastes terrasses, une piscine, un spa chauffé et un jardin privé. Cette villa, classée cinq clés, offre une expérience de confort et d'exclusivité incomparable au cœur de Barcelone.
Reconnue comme un édifice néoclassique et un joyau du patrimoine artistique du début du XXe siècle, la villa a été entièrement restaurée en 2013, alliant l'élégance classique à un design contemporain. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour vous offrir un séjour exceptionnel : climatisation dans tout l’établissement, chambres doubles spacieuses et lumineuses, connexion Wi-Fi, télévision dans chaque chambre, coffre-fort, salles de bains entièrement équipées et un subtil mélange d’antiquités et de mobilier moderne.
Dès l’entrée, un hall impressionnant vous accueille avec ses escaliers en marbre, ses lustres en bronze et ses vases chinois du XVIIIe siècle. À ce niveau se trouve une grande salle de jeux et de réunion, un espace ouvert de près de 170 m² aménagé dans un style loft. Vous y trouverez une table de ping-pong, un baby-foot, un billard, un espace de jeux, un bar, des canapés, une télévision et un coin lecture. Ce niveau comprend également deux chambres doubles et deux salles de bains, dont une privative.
Le premier étage abrite quatre chambres doubles, chacune avec son propre caractère, et trois salles de bains complètes, dont deux privatives. Vous y trouverez également un salon spacieux avec télévision, canapés confortables et une ambiance chaleureuse, idéal pour se détendre ou organiser votre programme de la journée. Jouxtant le salon se trouve la salle à manger, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à seize convives, et une cuisine moderne au design italien, équipée d'appareils haut de gamme Siemens (deux réfrigérateurs, four, micro-ondes, machine à café et lave-vaisselle), créant un espace à la fois fonctionnel et élégant. La cuisine offre un accès direct au jardin, à la piscine et au spa chauffé.
L'espace extérieur comprend une piscine privée entourée d'une terrasse en bois tropical, des chaises longues et un espace repas avec table et chaises. Le spa chauffé, d'une capacité de six personnes, est idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte de la ville.
Au deuxième étage se trouvent un petit studio et une chambre double avec salle de bains privative, donnant tous deux accès à une terrasse de détente de 160 m² avec terrasse en bois, élégante pergola, sièges et chaises longues. De l'autre côté de la terrasse se trouve la chambre de la tour, également avec salle de bains privative et accès direct à la terrasse.
La Villa Victoria Barcelona est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, tout en étant très bien desservie par les transports en commun. La Sagrada Familia et le complexe moderniste de l'hôpital de Sant Pau sont à seulement dix minutes. À proximité, vous trouverez des commerces, des supermarchés, des boulangeries et des restaurants, tous accessibles à pied pour un confort optimal. Shown all the important things, like the hot tub, coffee maker, ovens, etc. from the balcony we were shown the local bakery, liquor store, meat market, fish market, and grocery stores. A very perfect place to stay for a family of 10. The game room downstairs had us playing a little competitively with pool, ping pong, cards, and more. The kitchen was a perfect place for preparing some family meals and this dining table was huge and we all fit comfortably. Olga came every morning to pick up our trash and recycle. She always checked to see if we needed anything at all. Everyone on Imanol’s team did an exceptional job!

Metro and good restaurants were nearby. The villa was spacious for our group of 14. Olga was a great help in restaurant reservations. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay in the beautiful city of Barcelona!

Very comfortable and spacious, great game room. The service and house were great, no complaints. The neighborhood is also located in a great area. Central to all, but quiet at the same time. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5-star is that the rooms, decor and bathrooms were a bit outdated. Besides that, I strongly recommend this villa.

Billiards, ping pong, foosball, swimming pool and hot tub will give you plenty of entertainment after a great day of sight seeing. The metro is not too far away and groceries are convenient. Olga, the housekeeper, comes by daily and provides a great service to help keep things neat during the chaotic vacation schedule. I would definitely recommend this property if you have a big family visiting Barcelona.

Plenty of room for our group, lot's of amenities, and we were so well taken care of by Olga. The house was in a quaint neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. All the major tourist sites were about a 20-30 min cab ride. Pool, hot tub and game room were favorite hang-outs for our group of kids and parents. Kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Owners were easy to work with and very thoughtful and considerate. We wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly be back if we ever get the chance.

The house was big with enough rooms and space for a big group. Olga the cleaner was a gem she would arrive at 7:30 in the morning to make sure there is water and beans in the coffee machine and return in the afternoon to clean the house. The lay out of the Villa is just perfect for a lot of people across multiple families. The bathrooms are modern and clean and there are multiple options for hanging out...including the pool & hot tub area, living room, huge game room and kitchen. The team helping us plan the trip was responsive and made excellent referrals for private tours, chef at the house, cooking class and Flamenco dancing show. Imanol and Nathan where responsive, helpful and really made it easy for me to plan our trip. If you are a cook, Villa Victoria has a very well stocked, easy to use kitchen. Between the kitchen and outdoor grills, my brother and I were able to cook a full, traditional Thanksgiving meal and a big breakfast every morning. There are plenty of bathrooms for the numerous bedrooms. The other common areas were spacious and well designed. We will revisit this property for our next trip to Barcelona. The location was excellent for accessing all parts of the city via the subway.

The service that comes with the villa was flawless and we honestly had a blast. It's also quite close to the centre and a nice walk to the Parc Guell. Definitely recommend it and will hopefully come back soon.

prateek le 16/02/2020Imanol’s Villa was amazing for a trip with all of my friends for my bachelor party. It was enormous and looked exactly as luxurious as the pictures appear. He provided us with so much help and anything we needed. Cleaning was done during the week and coffee changed daily which was amazing. It is a short drive to the center of the city but still allows you to have private access to a large home if you are travelling with a group. Would love to rent this place out anytime I return to Barcelona with a group or even any of his other properties because Imanol really made this an amazing experience for us with everything he provided!!

The villa is enormous and is filled with great amenities including sun loungers, pool, jacuzzi, table football, ping pong and beautifully laid out. Each bedroom is unique, very comfortable and well decorated. The bathrooms are modern and each guest has 2 body and one face towel each. The dining room is perfect for large groups. Imanol is a very attentive host, very quick to reply to any queries and always tries to be accommodating of any requests. Olga is the cleaning lady who was also wonderful and who goes out of her way to help with anything during your stay. The check in and out process was easy thanks to both of their fantastic availability. There is a tube stop only 10 minutes away from which we were able to get into town very easily. Olga the house cleaner was absolutely fantastic. Her recommendations and responsiveness were above what any of us expected. The Villa itself was just like the photos and more! It was just far away enough from the city center to feel like you are staying in a real neighborhood without tourists and close enough to explore the city. The game room and the terrace is where we spent most of our time at the house. If you have a big group of people this is he perfect place to stay. The house was great, with lots of space for everyone with a huge game room, a back garden with a swimming pool ideal for drinks / dinner / BBQ and fully equipped. Inside Barcelona city and with all the amenities and just 10-15 min from Las Ramblas by cab.
Victoria was a great host, ensured a smooth check-in and gave us good tips / recommendations on arrival.

Traduire cet avis ?m.p. - united kingdom le 17/02/2014My company rented the Villa Victoria for four days when we visited a trade fair in Barcelona in February 2014. We found the villa to be spacious, modern, stylish and well equipped just as represented by the pictures on the website.
With the number of bedrooms we were able to take a friend with us who was a chef. This allowed us to host business partners for dinner on a couple of days. Our chef found the kitchen to be more than adequate for his needs.
We took full advantage of the table tennis table, pool table and table football as well as the hot tub outside. Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cold in February to brave the unheated pool but it was very pleasant sitting around on the wicker chairs on the terrace next to the Buddha head fountain with the pool and garden all lit up beautifully.
We found it very easy to hail a cab in the street outside the villa and the local area was well served with bakers, a quality greengrocer and a supermarket where we

It was very clean and tidy with petals and candles in the bathrooms, just like in the pictures, it was awesome! The game room is not a gimmick with ping pong, snooker, and football tables, big size TVs, sofas, etc. The area around the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is great too for chilling out. Kids loved the place and were upset when we had to leave! Actually they didn;t want to leave! The people taking care of the property are nice, warm, trully caring, and very welcome. The breakfast we had was for Gods! Everything was on the table, from delicious Spanish omeletes, to various types of ham and sausages, bread rolls, croissants, cereals, milk, butter, honey, marmelades, fruits as well fruit juices, it was just amazing!
