Wir hatten insgesamt eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft. Insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten auch mit 8 Personen in der Unterkunft sehr viel Platz. Auf der Dachterasse hatten wir beim Frühstück immer einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht, die man auch schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist entsprechend der Fotos, jedoch wurden die Zimmer & Dachterasse dort besonders gut getroffen. Die zwei Einzelbetten im 4. Zimmer waren sehr kurz und wären eher etwas für Kinder. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber angemessen.

My friends and I loved this ! Amazing rooftop top, plenty of space for guests, and very clean upon arrival. The location is very nice as well, an easy drive to the city center and other parts of the island. Host was always communicative. The only issue I ran into was spotty WiFi. Most of the time the WiFi would cut in and out, but other than that had a great stay. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft war groß und genau richtig für eine Kleingruppe.Der Ausblick und die Dachterrasse sind traumhaft.Der Standort ist super. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand, beim Supermarkt und an der Bushaltestelle. Die Bäder waren leider nicht so sauber bzw. waren viele Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen. Ansonsten war alles sauber und ordentlich.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

We loved our stay in Palma, it is worth noting there are a lot of stairs upon arrival which wasn’t clear before we booked. Check in is very easy and the host is very forthcoming with recommendations and places to go. La Tapera was a standout for us that we stumbled across at the bottom of the street that we went twice during our stay. Two of the bathrooms are well maintained whilst the ensuite bathroom was rather dirty and not maintained. The toaster didn’t work and there were very minimal kitchen amenities which was a little inconvenient. There is no body wash/soap supplied and we ran out of toilet paper so if you are travelling in a group I suggest you purchase extra.

En OK leilighet i et bra område. Greit å vite at det er bratt opp til leiligheten. Noe skitne gulv og litt slitt, men ellers er leiligheten fin. Bassenget er et koselig lite basseng. Takterrassen er noe slitt, men veldig fin å tilbringe tid på.

Un departamento OK en buena zona. Es bueno saber que está empinado hasta el apartamento. Algunos suelos sucios y ligeramente desgastados, pero por lo demás el apartamento está bien. La piscina es una piscina acogedora La terraza de la azotea está algo desgastada, pero es muy agradable para pasar tiempo.

Fue una muy mala experiencia, las fotos no coinciden con el estado del departamento. Las camas están horribles, sucias, manchadas. Los edredones tienen manchas y no los queríamos usar porque nos daban asco. La sala es vieja con muebles viejos y descuidados. Dos baños se descompusieron al mismo tiempo porque las tuberías no funcionaban bien. La terraza de arriba no tenia todo bien acomodado, colchones aventados igual y todo manchado. El costo es demasiado elevado para el estado del departamento. Tratamos de nunca estar de lo desagradable que encontramos el lugar. No me volvería a quedar ahi y jamas lo recomendaría. Fue una decepción muy grande.

Place was generally lovely, beautifully appointed, nice bedrooms and rooftop area was beautiful for sitting, beautiful view and grilling. Parking was on the street and only a problem finding a spot after 8 pm and could involve walking a bit to the place or making several rounds in hopes of an opening. From street entrance to the place was 73 steps so it was a hike up. Small annoyances were the main AC had a loud whine which you could mostly block by shutting your bedroom door. Toaster did not work well, had to keep holding it down to toast. Coffee maker kept shutting off so just gave up. Small pool was not clean enough to use during our stay, green with moss. They finally came and cleaned it but was too late for our stay. Communication with the agent was not the best but m

We (group of 6) have just stayed at the apartment at the end of April. The rooms were clean and bright. Beds are nice and comfy. Modern kitchen with all you need. The water cooler was great - we all brought an insulated bottle and topped up from this as and when . We loved the decor style - some beautiful antique furniture. We had read in other reviews that the master bedroom had a bad smell. We found this only happened after flushing the toilet on the first night, as if it were the drains clearing. This didn't last long and didn't bother us at all.The balcony was amazing, we loved the space up there. The view is beautiful The location is great, just 5minutes to the beach but so peaceful in the apartment. We took a taxi to Palma for sightseeing and one evening went to Magaluff.It was helpful to have contact Carla from Pancho rentals at any time and she helped us with good recommendations.

Review date 5th April/ off-sCheck-in, communication, location - 5/5 & Privacy - 5/5Presentation vs Reality 2/5 - the property does not match the pictures. The photos demonstrate a modern property with decorative elements - highly edited photos. Terrace is very pretty - the highlight. The property does not have a clean feeling and all additional elements - pillows, throws, and decorative were dirty. Underground floor bedrooms not good. Walls and tiles - unmaintained. Huge property with incredible potential but needs urgent maintenance. The furniture is very old and cheap, chosen well for the photos but in reality, easily breakable. The main bathroom is not in a good condition - mold, old, cold, and 2 entrances. The dining room is well-preserved.Comfort 1/5 - The beds, sheets - not comfortable. In April was very cold. Heating yes, but the sound is very strong and uncomfortable. No basics - additional towels, soap, capsules. No hot water. Sewage smell in 1 bedroom. Not clean.

Very responsive hosts. We had a few issues but they fixed everything quickly. Beautiful location. We stayed during off season so it was hard to get a taxi and lots of things are closed. But the AirBnB itself was great. Pool is smaller then it looks but very cute.
