Ce pavillon en résidence sécurisée aux Ayguades accueille 6 personnes dans un cadre pensé pour le confort. Au rez-de-chaussée, une chambre avec lit double (140×190 cm) offre un espace de repos tranquille, tandis que la mezzanine à l'étage abrite des lits superposés pour les enfants. L'entrée dispose d'un espace détente avec lave-linge et fauteuils pour décompresser.
La cuisine équipée (four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière) communique avec le séjour où trône un canapé-convertible (140×190 cm) face à la télévision. Une véranda prolonge les espaces intérieurs vers la terrasse : table et chaises de jardin, barbecue et parasol pour les repas en plein air. Quartier résidentiel prisé pour sa tranquillité, les Ayguades bénéficient d'une étang, de commerces accessibles à pied et de longues plages de sable fin. Parking privé inclus. Animaux acceptés (supplément). Draps, serviettes et Mini-Box WIFI en option, à réserver avant l'arrivée.

Lovely location, standard could be better
To less kitchen utililies (cups for tee/coffee, plates, cooker for boiling water)
Kitchen very small for family with children, to less place
Old bath, very small shower
Apartment without air conditioning :( (there is an antresol with a double bed but cannot be used if there is hot outside at night)
Finding the apartment and the carpark at night was difficult (navigation doesn't show the right house)
Location - near to privat plage (perfect for small children)
Small garden in front of the apartment with small tress - very silent area and lovely patio between the small apartament and the small garden for get togheter
