Cette villa indépendante de 100 m² est construite sur une parcelle de 700 m² avec jardin gazonné et piscine privée 8x4 m. Elle comprend 3 chambres : une avec lit double et lit simple, une avec lits superposés donnant accès à une troisième chambre avec lit double. La maison dispose d'une salle de bains avec baignoire, toilettes séparées, cuisine américaine équipée (gazinière, four électrique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur) et douche extérieure. Une pergola terrasse couverte de 20 m² accueille un barbecue. Climatisation, télévision avec chaînes françaises, lave-linge et parking complètent l'équipement. À 500 m du Port de Plaisance de Calafat, la villa offre accès direct aux richesses de la Costa Dorada : 37 plages au Pavillon Bleu, criques turquoise, sentiers de randonnée GR-92 et activités nautiques. PortAventura World est à 30 minutes, le delta de l'Èbre à 20 minutes au sud.

Distance to the nearest beach in a slightly mountainous area, no information about the type of surface on the beach - sandy with stones. View from the beach of an active large industrial plant - chimneys, pipes... The beach from the attached folders is almost 2 km away, is small and has a rocky entrance to the water... Such information should be provided openly and honestly and specified in the offer. The sun loungers by the pool are quite worn and worn - there are cracks due to plastic wear. Artificial grass by the pool which gets very hot on hot days. There are no awnings on the outside of the house and no protection during strong sunlight during the day. We did not find a washing machine during our stay (it was possible that it was in one of the utility rooms, but none of the keys we received matched the other doors). Poor infrastructure - one small shop with poor supplies. Larger market a few kilometers away in L'Ametlla de Mar.
