Situé au 2ème étage du complexe Parque Santiago 1, ce duplex conjugue confort et proximité avec la mer. Vous disposerez d'un salon lumineux ouvert sur une cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à café), idéale pour préparer vos repas. La terrasse avec vue partielle sur l'océan est le lieu idéal pour savourer vos déjeuners en profitant de la brise marine.
L'étage accueille deux chambres : la chambre principale dispose de deux lits simples, climatisation et salle de bain privée avec douche et fenêtre pour la lumière naturelle. La deuxième chambre, plus compacte, convient parfaitement aux enfants. Un lit bébé est disponible si nécessaire.
Le complexe propose une piscine partagée. Les commerces se trouvent à proximité immédiate (0-100m), tandis que la plage et le centre-ville sont accessibles en 5-10 minutes à pied. Internet, lave-linge, fer à repasser et autres équipements du quotidien complètent l'offre.
margaret keen le 01/05/2023Location of the apartment is very good , however the apartment requires upgrading ie. Part of the electric socket in small single room came out in my hand, also the lamp shade was ripped and not on the base. We were there from 22/4/23 - 29/4/23. On the Wed 24/4 at night the water supply in the shower was cold, we reported it on Thursday the maintenance person arrived on Friday checked the hot water , was in & out within 10 mins told us it was fine & didn’t check the shower. On Friday night the shower was still cold , therefore for 3 days we had to have old showers. I emailed Debora letting her now that it still wasn’t repaired. I asked for sometime of recompense, and until date no response. On arrival there was a stale smell , l also let her know of this, her reply It may have been the cleaning materials used. In my opinion it was the drainage.information never posted is that clients on the complex have to pay for sun beds, mattresses & parasols each day 8€ p.p. Per day.

Check in was very smooth and communication was great with the hosts who responded to any questions I had very quickly. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the host was very informative. The apartment had everything we needed, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, lots of hot water and clean towels which we availed of. There was the use of one washing table for the washing machine which was good to use before we got our own. We had a baby with us and before we booked we didn't realise this complex doesn't have a lift, so its not the most baby friendly, but we were able to manage by carrying the pram up and down the stairs. There is no air conditioning but there is use of a tall fan in the room which we used. The tv had good channels and the kitchen was well equipped and the balcony has a nice view of the beach. This apartment is in a perfect location in Las Americas. I would recommend this apartment based on location, cleanliness
