Awesome week skiing in La Tania : The location was fantastic. Literally you can walk a few steps from the ski locker room at the bottom of the apartment building and you were then skiing 30 seconds to the gondola. On the way back, there was a short ramp straight from the piste that delivered you to the door. Brilliant. There is a ski hire shop in the apartment block too, but others are a couple of minutes walk away as is the rest of the village.

When we got there, we arrived after the agents shop closed. The keys and instructions were in a lock box so this worked well. The apartment block is a short walk from the agent so we found it easily. The apartment also included an underground parking space which was a godsend. The other free parking is on the road (we saw loads of cars with tickets) or in the free outdoor carpark which looked full.

When we got in, the apartment was spotless. We had a twin room, double room and 2 bathrooms which worked well for us. There were also 2 sofa beds in the lounge which can be used if needed.

The kitchen and lounge were comfortable and well equipped. There were loads of pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The hob and full sized oven made it easy to cook. There was a nice kettle, filter coffee machine and a coffee pod machine too.

La Tania is a quiet village, but pub le ski got lively at times and there are several nice places to eat. There is a small supermarket called the Sherpa. It is generally well stocked given that it’s in the middle of a small village, but this is the only real option for buying things in resort.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
We booked bed sheets with the accommodation but none were left for us. We arrived late on Saturday and the shop was shut on Sunday so we spent a couple of nights without. They sorted it on Monday.

The other slight niggle is that things like toilet roll aren’t left as it’s a self catering place. We get it, but for the price we paid for it surely things like this could be left.

Excellent location ski in and out, beautiful views. Difficult to get in with kids, no direct access from the car. Place was clean and comfortable but sleeps 4. Living room bed was broken and we needed to sleep on the mattress on the floor. For the money they ask, they should have checked the place knowing we will be 6 people using this apartment. Everything else was ok. New year fireworks visible from the living room which was nice! Ski in ski out! In the center of the station and walkable everywhere.

Le top séjour familial : Accès sans marches du parking à l'appartement, depart/retour des pistes skis aux pieds, belle vue sur montagne, ensoleillement top, cadeau d'arrivée à l'agence (produits locaux), tous commerces à proximité immédiate.
La complexité de trouvé physiquement l'agence immobilière et l'impossibilité de les contacter le week-end. Les informations renvoyées par mail de la part de booking de son pas claires !

Very convenient apartment, good for a family, would recommend but take earplugs! : Very noisy at night with piste bashers / people coming out of the hotel or bars opposite. Didn’t like that one bedroom was so close to front door of property and far away from the children’s bedroom
Very close to slopes and village - everything is a 2 min walk and overlooks the ski school!

Well situated and comfortable but extremely expensive : Well situated and comfortable but extremely expensive There is quite a lot of space in the apartment. Two bathrooms are very convenient. The house has an elevator to go up to the 4th floor. There are a lot of different dishes and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The radiators are adjustable and even in cold weather it is possible to make the apartment very warm. You can ski down the slopes directly to the entrance. You can also ski to the nearest ticket offices and ski lifts directly from the entrance. If you have a child, or you are just learning to ride yourself, then there are training slopes within a 2-minute walk where you can practice for free (the lift is open from morning to evening). And after the lifts are closed, everyone goes sledding on these slopes.

There are a lot of utensils for cooking, but not all of them are good. For example, we had to buy a frying pan ourselves, because the ones we had in the apartment burned the food. We also had to buy toilet paper, soap and paper towels ourselves, which is weird for the money paid. We also paid extra for wi-fi, but it worked very poorly: terribly slow speed and supports only 5 devices at a time.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé dans une résidence au standing vieillissant Appartement confortable, très bien équipé et accueillant. Situé au coeur de la station à proximité des commerces, de la piscine, des remontées mécaniques, de l',aire de jeux pour enfants et disposant d',une place de parking. Personnel gérant la location aux petits soins.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé dans une résidence au standing vieillissant : Appartement confortable, très bien équipé et accueillant. Situé au coeur de la station à proximité des commerces, de la piscine, des remontées mécaniques, de l'aire de jeux pour enfants et disposant d'une place de parking. Personnel gérant la location aux petits soins.
Les chambres sont petites, la résidence est ancienne et très mal isolée (nous avons eu froid le soir et la nuit en plein mois d'août alors qu'il y avait du soleil la journée). De plus, en été, du fait du peu d'occupant dans la résidence, il faut laisser couler l'eau pendant de longues minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude.
Il y avait aussi une odeur de canalisation désagréable émanant de la douche rendant cette salle de bain inutilisable.
