Horrific Experience with Poplidays - A Traveler’s Nightmare, I had high hopes for a relaxing getaway, but Poplidays managed to turn it into a nightmare. The agency’s lack of professionalism and attention to detail is astounding. Their customer service is practically nonexistent, with long wait times and representatives that are both unhelpful and dismissive. No solutions were offered to the numerous issues we encountered, and it was evident that they were not interested in customer satisfaction. If you value your time and money, steer clear of Poplidays!

Disgusting Property - Not Worth a Dime!
SThe property was absolutely unbearable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a shocking level of filth. Dirt, hair, and mysterious stains were everywhere, especially in the beds. Worse yet, we found insects crawling around the sheets, which triggered severe allergy reactions. The beds weren’t even made upon our arrival no effort had been made to clean or prepare the place.never book with this agenc

Certainly a wonderful flat for our stay in Courcheval 1850.. although rather bizarrely the tick box list of how to leave the apartment.. there was meant to be a second key for the car park which we never recieved.. and for nearly £4000 for a week for one person we expected wi-fi to be provided.. also only a microwave to cook with.. also a note of caution the agency where you collect the keys wanted to charge an 1000£ damage deposit and a £120 property tourist tax this is not mentioned when making the booking so I have the right not to pay which I did not..

Great location. Accommodation as described. No key for parking space. Agent was totally unresponsive when we were there so could not ask any questions and so could not park safely. Tv did not work.
We were supposed to get all linen and towels included but only got half of what we needed.
No lift in car park despite instructions saying there is a lift which would be good to know before parking 9 levels down and emptying car then realising we would have to carry luggage 9 floors.
No cleaning products provided or basics, not even 1 loo roll.

El lugar esta muy tranquilo y cozy, pero es muy pequeño. Se me hizo muy alto el precio para tu poner y quitar las sabanas y limpiar.La comunicación siempre fue buena y amable.

apartment was small bit fully functional with all.the kitchen equipment you would need. The master bedroom is on stilts and would be hard for anyone with mobility issues to access (and slightly inconvenient if, like me, you need to wee in the night) however, it's very central to Courchevel 1850, shops opposite and great parking. so all in all a good place. it would be cramps for more than 2 people, but if your there to go out and party and (obviously) ski, it's well suited.

Great value, great view, couple quirks : "Great value, great view, couple quirks Excellent value for money, incredible spot with breath taking views (not sure why there is not more photos of it..) The staff are a bit hard to communicate with as the property is owned by one company (they are your messages on booking.com) then another company when your picking up the key /, on the mountain. But they don',t speak to each other or really know much about the apartment - so asking questions like does it have washing liquid is met with ",please check when you arrive..", Having said that the on Mountain staff were friendly. The apartment is great, as long as you',re happy climbing a ladder to get into bed. Also the shower overflows if you use too higher pressure. But overall the apartment is excellent and great value"

The staff are a bit hard to communicate with as the property is owned by one company (they are your messages on booking.com) then another company when your picking up the key / on the mountain. But they don't speak to each other or really know much about the apartment - so asking questions like does it have washing liquid is met with "please check when you arrive.."

Having said that the on Mountain staff were friendly.

The apartment is great, as long as you're happy climbing a ladder to get into bed.

Also the shower overflows if you use too higher pressure.

But overall the apartment is excellent and great value
