Cet appartement de 60 m² au 4e étage offre un confort optimal pour 6 personnes en montagne. Il propose deux chambres avec lits simples (90 cm), un séjour avec canapé-lit gigogne et balcon orienté sud-ouest, ainsi qu'une salle de bains entièrement rénovée avec baignoire et lave-linge. La cuisine équipée comprend plaques électriques, four, lave-vaisselle, et des appareils de montagne (fondue, raclette). Accès direct aux pistes à 500-1000 m avec retour skis aux pieds, casier à ski et parking couvert privé inclus. Chauffage électrique collectif, balcons avec vue imprenable sur Morzine et le domaine skiable. L'accès se fait par escalier (environ 70 marches). Animaux admis. Draps, serviettes et ménage de fin de séjour disponibles en option (pack Confort). Services additionnels sur demande : lit bébé, chaise haute, WiFi, ménage.

Hans le 08/03/2026Heerlijk appartement, maar de verzorging mag wel beter. : Het is een ruim appartement met alle opties voor een goede vakantie. Heerlijke bedden en kamers die ruim genoeg zijn voor de wintersport.
Het appartement was niet of heel slecht schoongemaakt. Overal zwarte honden haren, kluiten haren in wc en badkamer, het bestek was niet echt schoon, de kop van de stofzuiger was afgebroken, plafond badkamer ziet er niet uit, en de rookmelder lag zonder batterij los bij de kapstok.

Traduire cet avis ?Amy le 21/03/2025This apartment is a 10min walk from the main Pleney gondola lift to access Morzine ski resort. It is on the 4th floor and there is not a lift in the building. It has a ski locker/boot room on the 1st floor. We liked the fact that it was larger than other apartments we have stayed in, with two seperate bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed.

Our choice of accommodation was restricted, because we had a dog, but this property matched, and in some cases exceeded our expections. Good beds, and comfortable lounge area.

Unfortunately the property does not have a lift, and we were on the 4th floor, but we knew that in advance and it wasn't a problem for us. The apartment's fittings are a bit dated, but again this wasn't a problem, everything worked well.

Love Morzine!! : There were many families leaving and arriving on the day of our arrival so we had to wait for 4 hours for the apartment to be ready for us. We did not get into the apartment until 5pm. They had told us the latest would be 4pm.
The office where keys are collected was located in a central location, very easy to get to. Office staff was very helpful and efficient.

There were many families leaving and arriving on the day of our arrival so we had to wait for 4 hours for the apartment to be ready for us. We did not get into the apartment until 5pm. They had told us the latest would be 4pm.
