Ce studio au troisième étage s'organise autour d'une cuisine contemporaine ouverte sur le séjour, équipée d'une plaque à induction, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'électroménagers pratiques (machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain). Le canapé 140x190 accueille deux personnes, tandis que l'entrée dispose d'un ensemble de lits superposés 80x190. La salle d'eau comprend une douche, un lave-linge séchant et des toilettes.
Le balcon orienté sud offre une vue sur les montagnes, idéal pour profiter du paysage. L'accès direct aux pistes se fait en quelques minutes en sortant de la résidence. Le casier à skis situé au niveau de l'entrée permet de ranger le matériel sans encombrement. L'ascenseur facilite les allées et venues avec équipements volumineux. Chauffage inclus. Le centre-ville et les commerces sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes.

James le 20/03/2026Great apartment and staff : Excellent location and very helpful agency staff. Good facilities with ski locker. Modern bathroom. Simple and perfect for our stay.
Nothing to complain about. Straight forward ski apartment, sofa bed and bunk bed. Could have provided free WiFi but good 5G signal so it didn't matter.
Max W. le 04/01/2026This is definitely one of the better compact-style apartments in the three valleys.
We've stayed in 10+ of these types of apartments in L3V over the past 15 years, so we know the deal: it's simple, compact, but perfect for a one-week trip when most of the time will be spent out on the slopes, out for dinner, or out for a drink.
This particular apartment fits three (or four) adults (one/two on sofa bed, two on bunkbed) and is quite well equipped with a new bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and balcony.
I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a base for a week in the mountains.
Laura B. le 05/02/2023Unfortunately the pictures at the time of booking did not match the place. The description was also updated after we booked. This is essentially a studio. The entrance has a bunk bed but no window. It gets very hot and you can’t air out. The bathroom is large. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and makes the two people roll together in the middle. The agency only provided minimal supplies like 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 loo roll. No soap. You end up having to buy everything yourself which is frustrating for such a short trip. You also have to pay for every single dish towel or sheet you rent. To reserve this, you have to call them.
The only two good things are the location, as it is 150 meters from the slopes, and the balcony.
