Ce studio de 20m² combine intelligemment l'espace avec deux zones de couchage distinctes : une cabine fermée accueillant un lit double (140cm) et une mezzanine à hauteur réduite (1,80m) équipée d'un second lit double. La pièce de vie orientée Ouest de 15m² réunit cuisine complète (four, lave-vaisselle, plaque induction 4 foyers, réfrigérateur-congélateur, micro-ondes) et coin salon avec télévision. Salle d'eau privée avec douche, lavabo et lave-linge ; WC indépendant.
Le balcon Ouest bénéficie d'un salon de jardin pour profiter de la lumière. Casier à skis et parking collectif complètent les services. Wifi gratuit en résidence. Appartement non-fumeur. Le linge de lit et de toilette ne sont pas fournis mais disponibles à la location. Caution dématérialisée demandée avant l'arrivée. Animaux refusés.
Sharon le 01/02/2025Good things come in small packages : It is very small! Fine for us as couple, and possibly with little kids, but being in the eaves, a low of low ceilinged space. Partner had to sit down in the toilet before shutting the door!! Mezzanine accessed by fairly steep wooden steps - be careful in socks! We had to get changed in the living space as the bedroom only fits the bed and a narrow walkway. We travel light so wasn’t so much of a problem for us. Used fridge for all food storage as no other cupboard space.
Bedding/linen is extra, (you need duvet set at 40e for a double bed) as is end cleaning if you mind mopping floors so factor this into price comparisons.
A lot of emails and info to read before arrival and you have to print linen and booking confirmations.
Not complaints, and we would stay there again, just good to know before you book.
Very well equipped, well thought out and designed making most of looted space, excellent shower, warm and cosy. Very close to the gondola, town and two well stocked supermarkets but mostly very quiet (one night of noisy youngsters coming in late and loud.) Easy to find key holders, linen and towel hire and property. Plenty of under eaves storage for bags. Can imagine kids would love the mezzanine beds.
