Cet appartement rénové accueille 6 personnes sur deux niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée, le salon avec deux lits simples ouvre sur un balcon exposé sud-ouest, prolongé par une cuisine équipée (four, micro-ondes, 3 plaques, cafetière) et une salle à manger en open space. Un WC indépendant complète cet étage.
L'étage propose deux chambres : l'une avec deux lits simples, l'autre avec un lit double. Une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche dessert ces espaces. L'équipement inclut lave-vaisselle, wifi, chauffage, ascenseur et casier à skis. Couettes, couvertures, oreillers et alèses sont fournis. Le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus en hiver, ainsi que le Multi Pass été. Linge de lit et serviettes ne sont pas fournis mais disponibles à la location auprès de l'agence. Commerces, ESF et pistes de ski sont tous à proximité immédiate.

Plenty of space and storage for gear, clothing & food which is unusual for a ski apartment. Collecting the keys and returning them was easy enough but having never been to Avoriaz before it wasn't obvious what the difference was between arriving via gondola or via bus. That caused a tiny bit of confusion in advance.
The main bathroom door didn't lock and also jammed a bit when shutting making it noisy when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. The noise carried through the apartment. There was then a gap under the front door which brought in a small drift of snow into the apartment when we had a dump of snow. All quite minor really compared with what we've experienced before but a bit of maintenance by the owner could make it really special.

Luis le 03/04/2025Perfect for 4 adults on a boarding holiday, great location and really easy to access. : Not a great amount of space to hang out wet boarding gear so we used the heated bathroom once we'd all showered, the balcony was useful for storing our boards though. Was a little annoying having to pay additional for linen as this is usually included in the price of the rental.
Arriving late at night, it was so easy to pick up the keys from the information point at the top of the town so we didn't have to drag our gear far through the snow. Getting to the slope was as easy as walking out the front door and getting onto the snow road through town. With shops and restaurants around the corner it is perfectly located.

Très bon séjour : Résidence bien placée, l’appartement est bien situé également.
Dommage, pas d’étendoir à disposition pour les maillots de bain.
Bonne nouvelles, des multipass nous ont été fournis.
Mais, les 180€ de frais de ménage pour 50m2 c’est abusif ! Je ne retournerai pas chez ce loueur.
