Spacieux et lumineux, il s'articule autour d'un grand balcon de 18 m² exposé sud, d'où se dégagent de belles vues sur la vallée de Pralognan et le village. Le séjour-salon avec coin repas donne directement sur ce balcon, idéal pour profiter du panorama.
L'appartement comprend 4 chambres : une suite parentale avec salle de douche privée, deux chambres avec lits doubles, et deux chambres avec lits simples. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée (plaques induction, four, lave-vaisselle) et dispose d'appareils à raclette et fondue pour les soirées conviviales. Une salle de bain avec baignoire et lave-linge/sèche-linge complète l'équipement. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis, tout comme le WiFi et le ménage de fin de séjour. L'immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur, d'une piscine partagée et d'un sauna. Les pistes de ski sont à proximité (501-1000 m), tout comme l'ESF et les commerces.

Great space for family holiday. Especially loved open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Great TV. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water. Cosy underfloor heating. Easy access straight from the road into the apartment. Good sized swimming pool next door plus access to saunas, gym, and wellness centre. Great shuttle bus to telecabin ( make sure to check schedule)
Negatives....Hopefully the agents have improved communication especially in regards checking in and checking out. We had to wait 45 minutes to get the keys from the local agency and because instructions were so poor, we had another 40 minutes to find the building. The agents will tell you to park your car in the basement but DON'T!!! You can park directly outside the apartment to empty luggage, food etc. Park in the basement later if you want to.

BIG NEGATIVE..... nothing, bar a bit of loo roll so bring everything including cleaning stuff, cloths, dishwasher tabs etc etc

La résidence est très bien équipée (notamment piscine, sauna , hammam), le village est accessible à pied et la Nature est magnifique.
Nous y reviendrons avec bonheur.
