We would definitely recommend to stay here. The apartment was very clean and just perfect! It had absolutely everything we needed. The property is just as advertised. The location of the property was great. It was literally a few mins minute walk to the beach and even closer to the local shops. The local beach was so nice too. It was Hosts were so quick at responding to any questions we had and were at hand offering help very quick. It was so nice seeing the sunrise from my bed every morning and hearing the waves!!Parking was abit difficult when we came back late in the evening, but still able to find parking abit further away.

We stayed for 8 days in August and we loved it. The apartment looks like in the photos and it is big enough for a family of 4 . The kitchen is equiped with everything you need if you want to cook something. The air conditioning does a great job and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms are also very helpful. The terrace is facing the promenade and early in the morning you can watch the sunrise and enjoy the sound of the waves ! The beach is 5 minutes away from the apartment and you can always find a place where to put your towels. It seems crowded, but we always found a spot near the water. In August it can be difficult to find a place where to park your car if you rent one, but not impossible, you just have to be patient and drive a little more on the sorrounding streets. The communication with the host was easy through the App and the instructions very clear. Cala Millor is a wonderful place, you have a lot of restaurants with tasty food and a lot of bars, supermarkets and shops.

Wirklich alles in allem ein sehr gutes . Die Lage am am Meer und der Blick vom Balkon sind unschlagbar. Außerdem war die Wohnung in einem top Zustand (Küche, Badezimmer, etc.) und gut klimatisiert. Die Promenade ist voll mit guten Restaurants und mit einem Auto ist auf Mallorca sowieso so gut wie jede Stadt in einer Stunde zu erreichen:)

We appreciate the location of the apartment in a quieter area, but still close to the center. It has a beautiful view of the sea from the windows and balcony. Very close to the beach. The apartment is large and the space is well designed for a family of four. There are restaurants and shops in the immediate area. At night there are no noises because there is no street under the apartment, you can keep the window open all night. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Positive aspects:- communication with the owner- clean apartment with good equipmentNegative aspects:- when you arrive in March after 7PM it’s difficult to find parking spot in closest 2-3 streets. I had to drive around few times to see if someone moved. I cannot imagine to park car in high season time- renovation of the street in front of the apartment. Something like that should be mentioned before renting. Whole street was in construction. They start to loudly remove old walking pads at 8:00am.

Wir sind über Silvester für eine Woche in Cala Millor gewesen. Nicht nur, dass das Wetter traumhaft war…das Gleiche gilt auch für das Appartement!Die Lage ist super! Direkt am Strand…morgens kann man auf dem Balkon den Sonnenaufgang genießen und abends dem Rauschen des Meeres zuhören. Nun war es zu dieser Jahreszeit natürlich vergleichbar ruhig, aber, wenn man schnell am Wasser, mittendrin sein möchte und alles fussläufig im Ort erreichen will, dann ist die Wohnung perfekt. Super sauber und bis ins kleinste Detail klasse ausgestattet!Wenn es eine Frage gab, ist der Vermieter sehr schnell erreichbar und alles wurde prompt erledigt und gelöst. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Volle Punktzahl!Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen. Wen die leise Musik von den umliegenden Restaurants nicht stört oder wer vielmehr das Rauschen des Meeres (maximal 20m entfernt) genießen möchte, dem ist diese wunderschöne Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment was impeccable: we loved it, and its position right by the sea. Everything was clean and looked new, and it was well laid out and comfortable (like one of those Ikea layouts that seem so perfect - but with a spectacular view!). The only, really the only thing we didn't like was the glass door to the bathroom, however effective a screen it might be.

Perfect location. Again: perfect location! And the apartment itself is even better than in the photos: all clean and new, comfortable and well-arranged. Noise not an issue for us: next door was empty and by 9 pm, the promenade in front was pretty empty, so all we would hear was the sea.

Logement parfait, correspondant à l'annonce. Situé parfaitement pour profité de l'île.Grand choix de restaurant et bar juste en bas. Plage très sympatrique juste à coté. Rien à redire.

The coffee machine is not working, unfortunately. What we liked very much is that you supply towels and basic equipment like dishwasher pads, soap and so on. Very nice that everyhting was exactly like shown on pictures. Communication was always fast and friendly. I will definitely recommend fincasmajorica to friends and family.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Genügend Handtücher zur Verfügung.Toller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die uns in letzter Sekunde unseren Urlaub gerettet hat. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist für ein Kind optimal. Fußläufig sind viele gute Restaurants zu erreichen. Der Strand (mit Sand) ist ca. 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La ubicación es frente al mar en primera línea. No hay problema de aparcar en temporada baja. La comunicación con Judit fue fácil y fluida.

Modernes Apartment, super Ausblick, Klimaanlage & Ventilatoren sorgen für eine angenehme Temperatur auch im Sommer.Unter dem Apartment sind 2 Geschäfte & ein Restaurant. Wir haben wegen der Klimaanlage mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen, daher hatten wir gar keine Probleme mit ggf. Lärm draußen. Alles vorhanden was man zum selbst versorgen benötigt, bequeme Betten (festere Matratzen finden wir super).Balkon für 2 Personen groß genug, für 4 jedoch zu klein. Es gibt aber einen großen Esstisch der für 4 Personen ausgerichtet ist.Nichts negatives zu berichten :). Parkplätze sind um die Ecke immer vorhanden gewesen. Ach und super ist auch, dass keine Straße direkt am Apartment entlang führt, somit hat man keinen Autolärm.

Check-in process was smooth and very straightforward, the flat was clean and tidy, pictures were true to reality, an amazing view on the sea from the balcony, etc.some points that could be improved, especially for the price: - hot water: we ran out of hot water on two occasions when we showered separately - tv could be of a better quality for those chilled evenings watching a movie/series (we found it to be too small)... other than these points, everything else was pretty much on point, and i would recommend it!

Clean, beautiful appartement with an amazing view! Close to the beach and well equipped kitchen. After some communication difficulties in the beginning, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend! :)

Appartement conforme aux photos, très fonctionnel et propre : on a l’impression que tout est neuf.
Très bon emplacement pour visiter la côte est et la côte nord. Les restaurants et bars sont au pied de l’immeuble : c’est sympa pour se promener le soir. La plage de cala Millor est simple mais belle, parfaite pour des enfants ! Très bon séjour, nous recommandons.
