Cet appartement profite d'une localisation centrale irréprochable, à quelques pas de la Calle Real et de ses commerces, ainsi que de la nouvelle marina. De nombreux bars à tapas et restaurants sont accessibles en moins d'une minute. L'intérieur se compose d'une chambre, une salle de bain, un salon avec vue sur la mer et une cuisine bien équipée (four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-linge). La grande terrasse avec vue mer est agrémentée de meubles de jardin, offrant un espace de détente privilégié. L'appartement dispose également du wifi, d'une machine à café, d'une bouilloire et d'un grille-pain. Tous les éléments de confort quotidien sont présents : fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, étendoir. Sans voiture, tout est à portée de pied dans le cœur battant d'Arrecife, centre administratif et commercial de l'île.

Huge front patio/ balcony with a perfect view. There is a 2nd balcony to the rear. All facilities are splendid.
w. le 12/04/2025Ruim appartement op een van de mooiste locaties in Arrecife. Gezellige locatie, ruime keus aan restaurants. Vanaf het ruime balkon kijk je naar beide kanten over de boulevard uit. We zijn een week hier geweest, begin april, en zouden zo weer terug willen.

Traduire cet avis ?maurits born le 20/05/2023De ligging van deze villa is echt uniek, namelijk aan de oude haven van de hoofdstad Arrecife. Zittend vanaf je dakterras heb je heerlijk uitzicht over de haven, je beleefd de gezelligheid van de vele terrasjes vlak onder je en zit je toch orive. De accommodatie is heerlijk ruim. Er zijn voldoende stoelen en lig bedden op het terras aanwezig. Ook zijn er in de omgeving leuke uitstapjes te maken, die allemaal op prima afstand te bereiken zijn.Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gezeten.Onze huurauto stond overigens geparkeerd op de nabij gelegen parkeerplaats. Van de vele terrasjes hebben we er een paar geprobeerd, veel aanraders voor lage prijzen.Er was maar 1 aandachtspunt en dat is de WiFi, die was traag en ook niet stabiel. Al met al een aanrader om naar toe te gaan !

In the best place in Arrecife, the apartment has a fabulous south facing balcony with view over the lagoon frequented by a variety of bird life including parakeet. We hope to return next year! We visited other towns, nothing compares.

It is located above a busy area so if you want absolute quiet to sleep it may not be for you. Easy check in and responsive hosts but be aware that it is minimally furnished.

Kitchen appeared well equipped but with so many restaurants literally on your doorstep we didn't use much other than the corkscrew. The deck area was lovely and sunny with shade provided, view was great as per pics. Would recommend and will return.

Our only problems are a few details that need sorting: 1) the cooker hood has needed repairing) the tap in the kitchen sink is rather loose and needs repairing 3) the toilet flush sometimes never refills and wastes water.
