Superbes appartements dans un superbe emplacement à quelques secondes de la plage « Playa del Matorral » à Morro Jable, Fuerteventura. Les photos montrent une vue générale de tous les appartements. Tous les appartements disposent d'une grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer, d'une chambre séparée avec 2 lits simples et d'une autre chambre avec 2 lits simples avec un canapé-lit pour une autre personne supplémentaire, d'une salle de bains, d'une cuisine bien équipée, d'un coin salon avec vue sur la mer et un canapé, une télévision et un ACCÈS INTERNET SANS FIL. Playa de Morro Jable, également appelée PlayaJandía, est située au sud de Fuerteventura et est la plus grande plage de Morro Jable. Le phare marque le centre approximatif de la plage, qui est divisée en la moitié nord, El Saladar, et la moitié sud, Playa del Matorral. La plage de sable clair s'étend sur trois kilomètres. L'eau est claire et très propre. Dans les deux zones, il existe des écoles de planche à voile et de voile qui proposent des cours et du matériel à louer. Près du phare se trouve un célèbre spot de surf où la vague connue sous le nom de « Cruz Roja » se produit dans certaines conditions de vent, offrant une expérience de surf particulière. Il y a des petits bars de plage partout sur Playa deMorro Jable, vous avez donc toujours la possibilité de faire le plein de rafraîchissements. Il y a aussi une zone de baignade nudiste assez grande à proximité du phare. Près de Playa de Morro Jable se trouve une zone lagunaire protégée et derrière elle se trouve la route principale de Morro Jable, qui est heureusement suffisamment éloignée pour ne pas entendre le bruit de la circulation. Une promenade longe la rue et mène à la vieille ville. Depuis la promenade, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue fantastique sur toute la plage et accéder à la plage par plusieurs sentiers.

This company is not as good as it portrays. You are messaged on whatsapp any issues escalated to a non existent team who never come back to you.you are speaking to a chatbot! Beware!!!

Had to chase to get key code as was arriving in dark and told them would not have internet on phone to be able to get it if not given till after 3pm on day of arrival as would be in the sky then. All stress you do not need. Did eventually get given it before flying but only after chasing.

On arriving after 7pm in evening in dark, nightmare to see keycodes on keybox in the dark, luckily neighbour in corridor was able to help or would never have got in apt.

Apt 461 on level 4 literally first apt as you come out of lift, red flag straight away!

Went in, looked like it had been burgled, nothing like the nice homely pictures they advertise it with. Not a single picture on any wall anywhere, just basic cheap crap furniture, coffee table literally falling apart. Sofa looked scruffy and was so uncomfortable to sit on so god help anyone using it as a sofa bed.
Bedroom next to balcony overlooking sea, went to move 2 single beds together to find box of pills on floor next to bedside drawers and loads dust and hair on floor, no way that had been cleaned before arrival. One very flat pillow only on each bed, no spares anywhere. 1 sheet on bed and 1 thin bedspread, that was it. Nothing else anywhere except some spare sheets in wardrobe and towels, no blankets or pillows.
2nd bedroom opposite bathroom next to front door, went to move beds together, found 2 chocolate wrappers and cigarettes on floor next to bedside drawer , again definitely not been cleaned before arrival. No window in this room just vent into corridor where you will be kept awake all night long everytime someone goes in out the lift shouting or talking.

Then the bathroom…..never seen such a disgusting room ever! The bath had bodged up holes in bottom that have been plastered over rather than replacing bath. The shower was completely smashed where the plumbing was to the pipework and huge patch of dark cement holding it onto wall, there was huge hole in the wall and the tiles when you turned shower on water was going through the hole, how its not gone through ceiling below i do not know. Totally bodged up mess, noway this should be rented out in this state, iwas horrified, on contacting company was fobbed off with they were waiting for it to be sorted? Total bullshit, on reading through reviews its been like this for at least 6 months and still they think its ok to rip people off and stay inthis dump. The toilet was filthy, the seat had big stains all over it and definitely had not even sean a cleaning cloth in months. Company had cheek to reply asking if i would like an extra clean the charge was 60 euros? Absolute joke. If you arerenting out holiday apartments they should be absolutely spotless and exactly like the pictures, not a complete dump like i turned up to.

This apartment is also smack in the middle of 2 residential apartments so noway your getting any sleep as guy on left side apt is constantly shouting down his phone from 7pm until after midnight every single night, the whole corridor can hear him.

On first night i was woken up at 7am to someone trying to break in the front door, frightened me to death, had i not had the bolt on inside they definitely would have got in. Again company not slightest bit bothered.
Patio balcony doors no locks on whatsoever on inside anyone on balcony can open and ransack this apartment. One night i stood on balcony middle of night and watched a local guy creeping around on flat roof 3 floors below climbing up and over onto balconies, so id bet money the fact this apt has no locks this one regularly gets broken into and peoples valuables pinched.

Ive reported to booking.com as they are advertising this and its nothing like the pictures show, its more 1* at best, i dont recommend at all. Worst apt ive ever stayed in.

Read the reviews and you will see, this company have several apts inthis building dont touch them you will find what we did. They couldnt care less.
