Ce studio de 26 m² réunit tous les éléments pour un séjour confortable en famille ou entre amis. L'entrée dispose de deux lits superposés, tandis que le séjour accueille un canapé-lit 3 places offrant un vrai couchage pour 2 personnes. La kitchenette est complètement équipée : plaques induction, four-rotissoire, micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso et tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Vous profiterez d'une loggia exposée sud-est pour les beaux jours, avec vue dégagée.
L'appartement comprend une salle de douche avec lavabo, des WC indépendants, chauffage électrique et accès direct. Situé au 1er étage (sans ascenseur) à proximité du centre-ville, il bénéficie d'un casier à ski intégré et d'un accès au court de tennis privé en été. Un parking extérieur est disponible selon la saison. Pack confort (draps, serviettes, ménage) proposé en option. Animaux non admis.

Great stay! With a double duvet filling we would have slept a bit better but the location and coziness of the apartment
It proximity to Morzine was fantastic. The balcony had great views of the mountains. It was well organised with fantastic cooking utensils and everything we could need to cook great meals during our stay.
The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable and there was not enough bedding to keep you warm on colder evenings. We used blankets inside the duvet for warmth.
