Situé au 3ème étage d'un immeuble en front de mer, cet appartement de 90m² offre un accès direct à la plage à seulement 50 mètres. L'espace s'organise autour de trois chambres : la première avec lit superposé, les deux autres dotées de lits simples ou d'un lit double selon vos besoins. Le salon spacieux accueille un canapé-lit supplémentaire, idéal pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, tandis que deux salles de bains assurent le confort de tous les résidents.
La cuisine entièrement équipée met à disposition cuisinière à gaz, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur et lave-linge. La terrasse face à la mer, aménagée d'une table et chaises, constitue un véritable atout pour profiter de la vue. L'appartement bénéficie d'une climatisation, du chauffage, de l'internet, d'un ascenseur et offre une entrée privée. Les animaux sont acceptés. Un lit d'enfant peut être réservé avant l'arrivée (40 € par séjour).

Wahnsinns tolle Aussicht, sauber und gepflegt. : Die gesamte Organisation war klasse auch die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe lief hervorragend. Die Unterkunft war schön, sauber und geräumig.

Het verblijf zelf was op sommige plaatsen zoals de badkamer niet erg schoon maar voor de rest alles aanwezig en was zeker genoeg voor onze groep. Stefania heeft ons verder erg goed geholpen.

The apartment was a little dated, but clean, with enough room for seven people and hit water for showers. Cristina from Diamond Housing was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her. (-) : Only one power point in the kitchen...so had to keep taking plus in and out..had to ask for more bedding,and no spare loo rolls so had to buy..kitchen could have been a bit more equipped..if 8 people staying may of been a shortage ie pots pans,kitchen utensils basic things..
