Cet appartement rénové de 33m² accueille 4 personnes dans un cadre fonctionnel et bien équipé. Situé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur de la résidence Grande Balme II à Tignes le Lac, il bénéficie d'une exposition sud et d'un balcon donnant sur le domaine.
La cuisine dispose de plaques électriques, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Le séjour comprend un canapé clic-clac (couchage double) et une télévision. La chambre propose un lit double. Salle de bain et WC séparé complètent l'équipement. Machine à café, bouilloire, fer à repasser et grille-pain facilitent le quotidien. En hiver, le linge de lit et les serviettes sont inclus.
Le casier à ski au rez-de-chaussée permet un rangement sécurisé. WiFi inclus pour rester connecté. L'appartement bénéficie d'une localisation idéale : pistes, lac, centre-ville et commerces se trouvent tous à 101-500m. Classé 2 étoiles en meublé de tourisme, non-fumeur.

You pick up the keys from an office in the centre of town (5-6 minutes away from the flat).The apartment is spacious for a ski resort and was clean on arrival (there is no cleaning fee and guests are expected to leave it as they found it). The kitchen is well kitted out with utensils, cutlery and crockery. Disappointingly there was no stater kit (soap, toilet roll etc) that we usually get in other airbnbs. Not an issue if you are driving there and can bring your own stuff but a pain if you are flying into the country.There is one double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. Both are comfy with lots of pillows, blankets and duvets. You have to bring your own towels and linen or pay a lot of money for rental. Again only an issue if you fly in.There is a ski locker in the basement with a handy lift to get you to and from the 4th floor.Would definitely rent again if driving to Tignes.
