Ce studio de 33 m² accueille 2 personnes au 3e étage d'une résidence de 26 appartements sans ascenseur, idéalement placé au cœur de la station. L'espace de vie comprend un séjour avec lit double (140×190), un coin cuisine équipé (plaques vitrocéramique, four-micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur), une salle de douche avec WC et un balcon exposé sud offrant une vue panoramique dégagée.
Le studio bénéficie d'équipements pratiques : chauffage collectif, WiFi, télévision et linge inclus (draps, serviettes, tapis de bain). Le parking couvert (S7) est réservé. À proximité immédiate : l'ESF et les pistes de ski à moins de 500 m. La gare routière se trouve à 950 m, la gare SNCF à 30 km et l'aéroport de Genève à 90 km. Un casier à skis est disponible. Comfortable appartment in a great location, perfect for skiing.
Outstanding location. Close to both the Pleny lift (5-10 minutes) and the super morzine lift (5 minutes). Despite this, it was never noisy. The apartment was comfortable, bed was comfortable, although a studio, the dining area was very spacious for two people. Showers and hot water were good, cooking facilitiies small but adequate, and there is a ski store in the basement We are looking to stay there again next winter.
Apartment was not cleaned to the the highest standards before our arrival. This was more apparent when we cleaned and dusted before leaving.

Perfect location and great Morzine Alpine experience
Walk up building and apartment on third floor - so a little bit of a hike up, but otherwise it was great.
Very homely and a great view of Nyon! Great location around the corner from everything! Super Morzine lift minutes away and a little bit longer walk the Pleney still very close. Centre of town but quiet and tucked away. Didn’t need to use the car - it was great! Great kitchen facilities with a good oven - that was very cool!
