Appartement exceptionnellement situé, sur la Plaza de la Merced, la plus connue du centre de Malaga. Le bâtiment du XIXe siècle (avec ascenseur) est le même que celui où Picasso est né et où se trouve sa maison-musée. Il a trois grandes fenêtres avec de belles vues sur la place et la cathédrale. Il dispose d'un salon, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains.

–Maison de Picasso
Il est situé dans le bâtiment historique qu'occupait la famille Picasso et où est né l'artiste universel, sur la place historique où il a commencé à faire ses premiers pas. C'est l'une des places les plus connues de la ville, où se trouve le monument de Torrijos, avec une multitude de terrasses où vous pourrez prendre un café et profiter du soleil et de l'atmosphère cosmopolite de la ville. Les belles vues sur la cathédrale depuis les grandes fenêtres de l'appartement se démarquent.

Il est exceptionnellement situé, au centre de Malaga. Il est à deux pas de tous les monuments et musées. Il est également proche des supermarchés et des magasins de mode, ainsi que des restaurants les plus populaires. Il est facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport et depuis les gares routière et ferroviaire centrales.

Traduire cet avis ?gabriele sjøblom le 16/09/2023Vi hadde en fantastisk ferie i Malaga og i leiligheten, kommunikasjonen med verten var veldig god. Beliggenheten var helt perfekt både til strand og byen. Men må bare klage på sofaen i leiligheten, den MÅ kastes og byttes ut. Den er helt oppbrukt.

So close to everything including bars, supermarkets and restaurants + only a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Unfortunately the aircon was playing up during our stay, however David was super responsive and made sure we had an amazing big replacement fan to ensure our stay was just as enjoyable! Very pleased with the whole experience!

Traduire cet avis ?cristina spatarelu le 09/06/2023We really enjoyed our stay at David's, the place looked exactly like the pics and was situated in a really good area : close to old center, loads of restaurants in the Plaza ( this translates to noisy evenings / nights as many terraces are right below the windows but this is not something the host can control or change ), very close to public transportation and supermarket.All in all, it was a great option for our 3 nights stay in Malaga, and i believe it was a great find adding to our overall cool experience of Malaga :)

The beach is also a walking distance away. Additionally, the host was lovely, she met us for check-in and explained everything that we needed to know about getting in and out of the apartment and recommended us different attractions and places to eat. It was just as described and great value for money. Would stay here again without a doubt!

Although the building is historic (it’s Picasso’s birthplace), the apartment is up-to-date, comfortable and full of light. Recommended.
Traduire cet avis ?zahra mokhtari le 17/03/2023overall everything was great .Supermarkets,Restaurant ,...etc were right at our door step.The only problem for us gaining access into the apartment.Since It was our first time encountering electronic key, we were not sure how to operate it !! within 10 minutes the lovely Angelo was there to explain and clarify everything.The only problem was very loud noises from holiday makers until the early hours of morning, which even wearing ear plugs didn't help.

The apartment itself is in a beautiful building and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very friendly and responsive hosts who gave some really good recommendations of places to eat in the city as well as places to see. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place that is central and within walking distance of all the amenities the city has to offer.

It is situated very conveniently for the old town being close to the major attractions and many restaurants and tapas bars. With all the cafes along the square it was perhaps a bit noisy at night but this was no great problem and is to be expected anywhere in the old part of town with its busy nightlife. The communication with the Oledays team was excellent. Any written queries we had were answered very promptly and we should make a special mention for Yamila who met us on arrival and was really welcoming. She gave us lots of information about the flat itself and about the best places to visit in the area. She also messaged us back very quickly with some information we asked for which she did not have immediately to hand. We would certainly recommend this flat and the Oledays organisation in general and would definitely come back here on any return visit to Malaga.
