The absolute winner here is LOCATION! You are immediately in the thick of things with NO driving or public transport needed.Apartment is well equipped and you want for nothing.Some reviews mention noise and disturbance. There is some but it's really not an issue. We had no pigeon problems at all. Main bed not the greatest (comfort-wise), but for a short trip, it's not really a problem.As a young family of 4, we would 100% return here if / when we visit Malaga again.Enjoy!

Fantastic apartment and location. The apartment is small but had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location is also perfect - within very short walking distance to the old town and the beach. There was a problem with the front door after we arrived, but they responded immediately, fixed the door while we were out, and met us in town to hand us the key and were really friendly - so communication was fantastic. Thank you. My only negative comment is that because the apartment is on the ground floor and bedrooms face the small lane, we could hear a lot of noise from some party goers returning home in the early hours of the morning. Overall it was a good experience.

Fin beliggenhet med kort vei til Malaga perler. Fin og nyoppusset leilighet. Det er første etasje mot gate, så det var litt nattestøy

Prachtig, ruim verblijf op een fijne, beloopbare afstand van alle highlights van Málaga. Verblijf is ruim, schoon en goed voorzien met onder andere vaatwastabletten en extra toiletrollen en vuilniszakken. Zoals in meerdere recensies te lezen valt, hoor je inderdaad de straat, maar wij hebben daar zelf weinig last van gehad. Dat komt ook omdat je niet aan een doorlopende straat zit. Je hebt dus enkel af en toe een luidruchtige voetganger. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

A perfect location for exploring Malaga - walkable to all the major sights, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Really easy check in and key-less entry was brilliant. Comfy beds, a great shower, a well stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor space and a v handy washing machine - the only, slight, issue was that we needed to keep the bedroom doors open in order to enjoy the air con, as the air con unit is located in the kitchen/diner/sitting room. Fabulous stay and well worth the money.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy. Especially the terrace was great for starting the day with a cup of coffee. The center of Málaga is only minutes of walking away. All in all the apartment really offers everything you need! We would definitely come back

This apartment is an excellent find; moments away from Malaga's old town.Communication with the team was excellent - especially as we booked it last minute and arrived on the day that the booking was made.The apartment is bright, airy and spacious with everything you'd need. The patio doors open fully to allow you bring the outside and inside together. It's not what you'd expect from the exterior of the building; the use of the digital check in gives the place a sophisticated and secure feel.All the facilities worked perfectly and offered a comfortable respite from the summer heat.The parking is about a 10min walk away, but you can also drive to the adjacent street to drop of cases, etc before parking.

David’s place was our home away from home during our short stay in Malaga. It’s in a great location with good transport links, restaurants and supermarkets. A 15-minute walk from the beach, Cathedral and Alcazaba, with hiking trails in walking distance too. The apparentement itself was brilliant and we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. David had excellent communication, he sent us all relevant and clear instructions before our arrival. We didn’t need anything during our stay but I was confident that David would have responded to any requests or questions should we have had them.

A casa é como na fotos.Só o ar-condicionado que está somente na sala e não nos quarto. Então a porta dos quartos tem q ficar aberta a noite para que os quartos estejam frescos. A localização é ótima, esta caminhando da praia Malagueta e de restaurantes otimos.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Ik was 3 weken in Malaga voor een workation. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt van een wasmachine, complete keuken tot vaatwasser. Prima om langere tijd te verblijven. Het ligt in centrum met alles op loopafstand maar is wel prive. Soms hadden we wat geluidsoverlast vanaf de straatkant maar dat was dankzij de dubbele glazen in het raam goed op te lossen. De patio was een fijne plek om buiten te zitten. Inmiddels is deze afgesloten voor de duiven, dat scheelt veel overlast. We hadden graag iets betere wifi gehad maar omdat de rest zo goed beviel is dit het enige minpuntje. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf! Ben je op zoek naar een rustig appartement wat echt voelt als je eigen plekje in de stad? Dan raad ik deze woning zeker aan!

heel fijn appartement, fijne patio waar je buiten kan zitten. idd veel duiven maar die zitten door de hele stad in. keukentje is voorzien van alles wat je nodig mocht hebben. fijne ruime douche.appartement ligt midden in het centrum, maar zonder de lawaaierigheid die daar bij hoort. contact met oledays was goed en ook met de taxi chauffeur. hele fijne dagen gehad in een super mooie stad!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie war sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht und es sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben definitiv vor wieder zu kommen.

This was a lovely apartment within easy walkable distance to great restaurants and shops. The terrace was just gorgeous with plants and sunshine. The kitchen was modern with even a dishwasher in ! Bed was comfortable to sleep in.Please note however that this is ground floor so having ear plugs will be a must as the window faces a street. I was also struggling a bit with the main door to the flat, so be patient with opening it. There was also a sign to not put paper in the toilet, something to be aware of. These are just Spanish infrastructure things so obviously just something that comes with some flats in Spain. The host was amazing and communicative, would definitely use their AirBnBs again !

It was super nice to stay at David’s place and the best part was the location. Super central and nice neighborhood. You can easily get around by walk. Next time again for sure.

Although the outside looks a little dingy the apartment is stylish, well designed and superbly equipped. It was very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and had a good shower.The courtyard looked very attractive but there were quite a lot of flies and we didn’t know what to do about them.It is very handy for everywhere so we really enjoyed our stay in Malaga.

Bel appartement situé en bord de plage avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Centre ville à 10 minutes à pied en passant par la marina très animée. Il suffit de descendre pour faire de belles promenades au pied de l’immeuble et profiter des restaurants situés sur la plage. Hôte parfaitement réactif et gardien disponible dans l’immeuble. Le parking est un plus indéniablement car se garer n’est pas simple dans le quartier. Ensuite tout peut être réalisé à pied.

David and his team were always available to assist and support me. The flat was comfortable and clean. The location provides very easy access to all of the tourist sites. It was very close to groceries and the Plaza de la Merced. La Malagueta and the Port are also walkable from the flat. Having the outside space would be fantastic during warmer weather. I stayed for the month of February and it was quite cold in Malaga. I was grateful that the flat had heat, not all flats in Malaga do. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the instructions were clear. The flat is accessible by taxi which also made me happy after the long journey from the West Coast of Canada, I was ready for rest! The bed was comfortable and there was coffee in the kitchen! Overall a pleasant stay in an amazing city.
