Situé au deuxième étage, cet appartement spacieux offre quatre chambres pensées pour le confort : une chambre principale avec lit double (150 × 190 cm), une chambre avec deux lits simples (90 × 180 cm), et une chambre avec lits superposés, particulièrement adaptée aux enfants. La terrasse privée de 7 m² avec mobilier extérieur s'ouvre sur la vue mer et invite à la détente.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée : four, lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire et cafetière. Le salon-salle à manger lumineux dispose d'une télévision numérique et permet d'accéder directement à la terrasse. Pour les familles, un lave-linge, une chaise haute et un lit bébé sont disponibles.
L'appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié à quelques minutes de la plage et du centre-ville. Un parking est inclus. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés moyennant un supplément de 30 € par animal. Chaque séjour inclut le nettoyage final et un jeu de serviettes par personne.

sean le 23/07/2024The apartment view was one of the best views I have ever had - un-obstructed ocean view with boats, and trees and flowers. The apartment was well equipped and quiet, with ceiling and room fans throughout - this was a first for us for rentals in this area - typically there is only one fan in the entire apartment. Wifi included was also a nice perk. The only real drawback was that the key pickup location was 10 km away - however, this is not as bad as it seems at first. With our other previous rentals in the area, the office was right in town, which seems better at first, but on Saturdays (key pickup days) there is no available parking in the entire town...so you spend 2 hours looking for parking that ends up 20 blocks from the office. The apartment was a medium complex with about 3 buildings with 9 units in each building. There was significant private green space behind the complex which added to the ambience. The Private parking was ample for the complex.

Each of us had our own space and a magnificent balcony view of the ocean. The apartment was just like the pictures on the web listing. It was very clean. It has a well equipped with kitchen complete with 'tupperware' for packing lunches and beach umbrellas. We were a 5 minute walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Access to the ocean was steps away!! On our first night (Saturday), the hotel next door had live music until just after midnight in the outdoor patio which the balcony overlooks. The music was good and did not bother us but thankfully only happens each Sat night of July. The beds/pillows were comfortable and the ceilings fans and portable fans were fantastic!! Our main suggestion for improvement would be some sort of better shelf for soap in the shower and salt/pepper for the kitchen. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you

La literie est très confortable et l'appartement bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait, proche de la mer et du chemin de ronde. En revanche, l'installation électrique est défaillante et il n'était pas possible de brancher plus de deux radiateurs à la fois, ce qui était un peu juste pour les trois chambres et le salon. Le résultat c'est qu'on était frigorifié pendant tous les séjours. On ne recommande donc pas l'appartement l'hiver quand il fait froid. Par ailleurs il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et c'est au deuxième étage.

The white goods kitchen and bathroom were all excellent as were the comfortable beds. However, the property let itself down with its tired furniture, crockery and bed linen. We just felt it missed an opportunity to score a perfect 5 as a result. The collection and return of the keys was also a pain.

diego alonso paredes le 10/08/2023El apartamento, aparte de mueble anticuados, era correcto y la estancia fue buena, los electrodomésticos eran nuevos o de hacía muy poco y por ponerle 2 cosas a mejorar, bajo mi punto de vista y intentando que sea una crítica constructiva para futuro:-El Wifi y cobertura de móvil no funciona muy bien, aunque hice una reclamación me dijeron que era por la zona y por alta solicitud de conexiones del mes de agosto y que hacían la reclamación a la compañía MOVISTAR -La falta de Aire Acondicionado, aunque durante mi estancia, la verdad, no lo echemos de menos en ningún momento ya que corría una brisa, no se si por la ubicación o por la altura, pero se estaba muy bien y dormimos también muy bien, creo en la necesidad de tenerlos sobretodo por los próximos veranos que se presentarán El año que viene sin duda intentaré volver y recomiendo el lugar 100% Un saludo
