A great place to spend Christmas with family. : Only small things such as some of the kitchen/cooking equipment could be a bit better, but apart from that - nothing that we didn't like.

Spacious appartment right next to the Nyon waterfall. Good value for money. : Spacious appartment right next to the Nyon waterfall. Good value for money. Appartment is quite spacious: 4 actual bedrooms (3 even have their own balcony), 3 bathrooms each equipped with shower/,sink/,toilet, large living room, functional kitchen and two balconies facing the mountain. The appartment can easily accomodate 8 persons. It',s also very close to the Nyon waterfall and cable car, so if you',re here to hike then you',re in for a treat.

Spacious appartment right next to the Nyon waterfall. Good value for money. : The appartment is 2km away from Morzine's center. There's a pretty nice walk along the river that takes you there and free bus shuttles run regularly and stop literally 20 meters from the residence. The downside is that there are no pubs, restaurants, convenience stores or pharmacies anywhere near the appartment. You must walk, bike, drive or take the bus. The other thing you should know is that it takes at least 5 minutes before water gets warm in the shower. And the last thing you should know is that while the real estate agency calls the appartment "Q01", there's no Q01 reference when you get to the residence- it's one of two appartments on the 3rd floor.

All in all a nice stay, very clean comfortable apartment with all you need, nice quiet surroundings.. unfortunately the location map on the listing when we booked showed the place to be in the centre of town, which turned out not to be the case, as this was the address for the office, not the apartment…but that said, it’s really close to the bottom of the Nyon valley run and Nyon lift, also the ski busses to Morzine are regular enough. Just not so handy for Supermorzine lift.Would definitely consider staying again, but would have preferred the location was accurately described as some of our party had late transfers to town and then had to walk with luggage to the apartment.One other thing to note, it’s the first time I’ve booked accommodation where I’ve had to pay an optional extra for bed linen, plus then make the beds up ourselves. Maybe this is normal in Morzine, but definitely a new one on me!
