Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for several reasons: The [1] 100m from beach but not in the busy centre [2] very clean, large well equipped apartment, the beach chairs came in handy. [3] balcony view was lovely to relax each morning & at the end of the day [4]Communication was above excellent [5] parking space a luxury. Thank you 🙏

Prima appartement. Dichtbij het strand en de stad. Fijn met balkon om aan het einde van de dag nog even iets te drinken en badlakens te drogen. Onze huurfietsen konden we in de nacht veilig in de garage onder het complex neerzetten. Goed contact met Malaga Center Flat. Er werd snel gereageerd op onze vragen en berichtjes. Zo konden we onze koffers bij vroege aankomst al eerder neerzetten in appartement.

Lovely place! Loved the patio and the size of the rooms were great. We did come in one day and the electric wasn’t on, but the host was quick and responsive and we got it all sorted. The location was great and would definitely stay again.

A wonderful place right next to the beach. Very spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood was good and had many restaurants. About 15 mins walking to the historic center. I would recommend it.

Pro: Lage - kurz zum Strand und ein 15 minütiger Spaziergang in die StadtBalkon - super Ausblick und schöner Ort zum entspannenAußerjalousine.Schirm und Strandsessel waren vorhandenSchnelle Konversation - uns wurden schnell neue Handtücher, Decken und Bettzeug gebracht (siehe unten warum)Contra:Schmutzig! Anscheinend wurden zwar Betten etc. gemacht aber der Boden gar nicht und die Bäder nicht richtig. Das Geschirr war ebenfalls dreckig. Wir haben eine verdreckte Unterhose in einem Kasten gefunden und in einem Bett jede Menge SandKüche schlecht ausgestattet - es gab nur eine Pfanne und die war bereits verbogen. Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel wie Salz und Pfeffer fehlte leider ebenfalls.Zu wenig Bettzeug und zu wenige Decken für 5 Personen.Kommutation war spanisch, übersetzt automatisch - war leider teilweise sehr unverständlich. Auf meine Bitte auf englisch zu schreiben wurde nur einmal Rücksicht genommen.

The stay did not meet expectations. It looked like the photos. Was not equipped for 6 guests. With cost of >€2k for 8 nights in May, I expect the basics to be done properly. 3 unmatched wine glasses, 4 small water glasses, 2 large glasses, 4 unmatched and chipped mugs, chipped bowls. The apartment was generally clean. However the track for the shower door in main bathroom was all black and slimy. I tried to clean it myself but there were no bathroom cleaning products. Checkin was not a lockbox, as stated on listing, and we waited for over an hour, despite having contacted the host as asked, when we arrived at airport. There were 2 remote controls for aircon but only 1 worked, which was a pain since we had to share 1 remote control between bedroom and living room. Main light not working in main bedroom. My booking was for 8 nights but I only got 1 set of towels. There was no contact from host to enquire if everything was satisfactory. Balcony wall height is hip height (low)

This apartment is a great place and we really felt at home for the week we were there. Steps from the beach and had all amenities. It he has been newly remodelled and the beds super comfortable. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and there aren’t too many restaurants open close by, but not too far to walk into town and a 5€ cab or east bus ride. There is a grocery store downstairs which was super handy. Building parking is not available, but there is street parking which was a pain as you have to put money in the meter every 2.5hrs. There is a public parking garage close by but it’s 28€ day and no weekly rates. Was costly or we had to plan our day around street parking.

Flat is as described. Location close to beach, several restaurants and walking distance from the city center. The south-west/west facing balcony has a good sea view and you can enjoy sunny afternoon and evening on it.Communication with the owner was smooth.
