- location is great. You will be in the walkable distance of everything. Just be aware that streets are narrow and people are walking around. It will be loud. I don’t have a problem with that. Check the google maps street view.
- WIFI is ok, there was no issues for normal day to day use
Neutral:
- weather was mild, so we didn’t used AC, so I can’t confirm how it works
Negative:
- there is a shared space between 3 apartments(same agency) that was not cleaned in a long time. Carpet is very dirty
- walls are dirty. Apartment should be repainted
- smell coming from the kitchen cupboard and bathroom was very strong and unpleasent, we had to purchase air refresheners, but that didn’t helped a lot
- duvet and have some unbly stains
- kettle in the kitchen was very dirty
- washing machine was dirty
- apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival
- toilet brush was very dirty
We have raised our concerns with the agency. Duvet, duvet cover and toilet brush were changed. It was explained that property cant do anything about the smell. Agency offered extra cleaning.
I was reading bad comments and this is the usual response from the agency is “we could send an extra cleaning if we know that you see that problem”. My opinion is that things should be done right in the first place. While on the vacation, I would prefer not to deal with the agency. Good customer experience is when you do it right the first time.
Be aware that apartment is nicely presented in the pictures, but it does not look like that in the real life.

Las manillas de frigo y demás aparatos y cajones es de imposible manejo. Enchufes de habitación y el colchón.Gracias a Natalia que nos ayudó en todo muy rápida y amablemente.
